OR PAYING FOR PRODUCT AND SERVICES AND BEING IMTIMATED AFTER DOING SO.

    Member was actually asked to leave the facility due to he and his girlfriend were caught vaping in the facility after signing a form  on onset of the membership of the rules and regulations that no tobacco products are allowed in the facility.  A refund was issued ,  by way of check, and mailed to the address the member clarified with us , minus the days  the member accessed the facility .  Spoke with member on phone 3-4 days ago and all seemed to be resolved at that time.  We have cameras in the facility and what member accused manager of acting like is certainly not true.  Cameras dont lie .

    I am rejecting this response because: believe the business has me confused with another member. I was not asked to leave due to Vaping. My complaint clearly states that i was asked to leave over water bottle and protein shake mix along with the aggression and out of the way of handling the situation with being threaten on the property at Ultimate Fitness. I have not spoken to this business since my mom called and asked for me for a refund of the money and was told no. That is why I have escalated this issue to BBB since clearly this business is in fault and has multiple complaints. My mother did ask to see the cameras from the day the owner chased me out of the business and was told the cameras were not working. my complaint has nothing to do with vaping. And if this business is trying to say I was vaping, I would like to see that video. I would like to have my membership cancelled along with the 70$ refund that has not been issued to my address or my account. Business needs to speak among their workers to get the correct information about this complaint and not the vaping complaint since that was not me.
