      *** was great and very accommodating to help us out. We were going insane when our 75 inch TV quit working to say the least especially right now during football!! *** came out on a Saturday and had our TV working and cleaned it very well the same day probably within 3-4 hours of calling him. He saved us a expensive trip to Best buy and we highly recommend Advanced TV service. The best of the best in my opinion. Thank you ***

      Excellent experience , *** was above friendly and honest. These are all very good and kind human beings. He went out of his way to help my elderly parents get their tv fixed right before thanksgiving and came over after hours and fixed it in the home. I am so glad I found these guys and I highly recommend them and their service

      Stay away. This is a complete scam/sham. I contacted this business on Dec 20, 2022. Phone answered immediately. I stated that I had a 55" ******* that has a black screen and blinking red light when turned on. Gentlemen, said we can take a look at it and would be $50.00 cash for looking at it. He claimed the store is open by *********. I said ok, I can bring it up this morning. He says if you can drop off shortly he would wait and take it. I drop up from lake *****. 15 min drive. Older gentleman there waiting. Said he was the owner. I gave him $50.00, he wrote up an invoice with my model #, etc. Said they weres 3-5 days behind in fixing. I said ok. Dec 27th, 2022, I tried calling same # to get an update. 704.824.000. No answer....Called half dozen times, no answer. I then tried on my other phone. Business answered immediately... I said Im calling about an update on my tv and have been trying for several attempts, he claims they are having phone issues???. He says, what is wrong with your TV? I explained again.. He then proceeds to tell me oh yea I know the issue it will be another $195.00 to fix. I said ok, go ahead and fix it. Jan 9th, 2023. I call the business again for an update. Tried calling several times and no answer. I finally get a call back from business. Same gentleman on the other line says did I call you this morning, as he was not sure who he called. I say no, but ive been trying to reach your business and get an update on my TV. Same response from him, what is wrong with your TV again?? I explain, and he comments he's not at business but will get me an update and call me back on Jan 9, 2023. Unfortunately, no call back and when I try the business #, no answer.Pretty safe to say, I will most likely not get my TV back. This business basically stole my TV. Now after I see other reviews. This seems to be common practice with this business. Stay away. If I could press charges I would.
