    Great place to live gave me a chance when most places wont when your young very understanding just got to communicate with them and 9/10 they understand. I would recommend this to a lot of people if they need somewhere to live and its there first time renting very easygoing people

    Ive had the pleasure of working with ****** as the property manager for Spring Lake MHP, and I can confidently say she is outstanding! From the moment I applied, she made the process seamless and easy, always keeping communication clear and timely. ****** is incredibly organized, professional, and attentive to the needs of residents. She takes pride in maintaining the property, ensuring that everything is in good condition, and quickly addresses any maintenance issues that arise. She is friendly and approachable which creates a welcoming environment for all tenants. It's clear that ****** truly cares about the community at ***************, and her dedication to making it a great place to live is evident in everything she does. Highly recommend working with ****** and Spring Lake if youre looking for a place to live. Please Note: With any rental application, you do have to meet certain qualifications, which was explained from the beginning, and she went above and beyond to make the process smooth for me.     Have been living here for a while never had any problems except for some mouth neighbors but spoke to management about it they had it resolved quickly and havent had a problem since this is the only place I have found that is actually affordable and beautiful trailers especially on the inside when getting everything done to move in the management was very helpful and helped us turning the power as well as the water and was very sweet

    No stars no stripes this is no place for freedom loving Americans. No *** or ma'am, the management of this place is trying to gentrify a trailer park by removing anything and anyone they see as "white trash" by raising rent to a level most people can't afford. Residents on fixed incomes that have been living here for 20+ years are losing their homes. It has absolutely nothing to do with the economy or covid, they started increasing rent without warning way before things went south. 3 times in the last 5 years they have raised rent, that's more than in the 1st 20 years I've been associated with this park it was only raised once in those 1st 20 years by only $75 which was to compensate for new regulations on mobile homes i do believe.
