  We had several photographs that we asked for an estimate to have restoration work done. We sent my husbands home health care nurse to the shop to handle this for us. The man she dealt with has very rude to her and she was concerned to go back to the shop. The next day we asked that she come retrieve the photo's and tell him that we would not like any work done., and no work had been started on the photos.
  We she went to go back and retrieve the photo's, the man became irate with her. He would not give her the photos and wanted to change $25 with no work done and began yelling at her. He then went into the back and returned with a hatchet.
  She called the police. When they went into the store he still came out with a hatchet in his hand. They could not do anything, because he did not raise it against the,
  I came to the shop and asked for the photos back and I was extremely upset in whet he did to *****. All this occurred on August 10th, 2022. There is a police record if you need further information.
  The man brought out a HATCHET to deal with a customer. This company needs to be removed from the BBB.

  Unfortunately some customers expect to be able to drop something off at a shop, cancel the service that they started and then expect not to have a bill for the time involved with researching the customers questions, and multiple changes to the project from multiple calls by the customer.
  
  The woman was extremely abrasive, invaded my personal space, having her face less than 5 in away from mine, without the benefit of brushing her teeth first. She then cussed at both me and my staff and had actually called the police in an attempt to get their project for free, however it turned into a situation where she was told to either leave the premises or be arrested for trespassing.
  
  I'm not sure what universe someone lives in where they expect to be able to drop something off at a shop, have the shop hold it for a day and spend nearly an hour in customer inquiry and phone calls to do their research but not expect to pay anything for our time.
  
  Hoverboard I feel sorry for anyone who's does business with someone this hostile and irrational instead of simply paying a small $25 fee to cover the time involved to research her questions

  To add to the previous post, this customer has a profound disillusion with the truth as far as her describing the situation and the steps that our staff took to protect themselves from irate people being on the premises
