I wish I could minus stars. They made things must worse in our home. I called then and asked them to comeback and they never. The contact I signed on an i-pad was never signed by the company. I learned that there contract is geared to sue customers from the minute they begin.
The contract should be illegal. They were always late and tried to gain access to my home when we would not be there. There contract states:
    · The liability of AFTERDISASTER is expressly limited to the amount of services authorized herein-and in no event shall AFTERDISASTER, its agents or assigns, be liable for consequential damages of any kind.
********· AFTERDISASTER will not be responsible for the disappearance of any personal or business property not specifically listed below or on an attached shot.
    · Customer acknowledges that all moveable items of significant monetary or sentimental value have been removed from the premises or destroyed, except those listed below.
    · Late payments accrue interest at one and one-half percent per month from invoice date if payment is not made within 10 days of the invoice date.
    · Customer agrees to notify AFTERDISASTER in writing within thirty (30) days of any objections to billing or service provided, or be barred from any claim or right to set off.
    · Should collection be required, Customer agrees to pay for reasonable attorneys' fees, and all reasonable expenses incurred by AFTER-DISASTER in enforcing this agreement.
    · Customer acknowledges that this interest will be charged to Customer even if a delay in payment from insurance or mortgage company. AFTERDISASTER and its agents, employees, ete will be held harmless for mold, mildew, or any other existing, potential or perceived problems due to moisture.
They have sued several people in Gilford County. The are suing us now. BBB can not help while a law suit goes on. Calling Afterdisaster was a horrible mistake. God Help all who
    sign their contract.
