  I had been using this company for years up until 10-26-23. I'm sad to say but deeply disappointed with their service and quality of work that I had grown so accustomed to over the years. The tech named Gabe that showed up to pump the tank complained right off about people flushing wipes into the septic tank before even looking in mine. When he opened the tank he automatically accused me of flushing wipes down the toilet when I knew good and well it was only toilet paper. He also claimed he couldn't get the last foot of sludge out because of the wipes, which to me is a lousy excuse to do an incomplete job. Needless to say he was very discourteous, and had a smart mouth about him. He also quoted me over $100.00 more than what the last guy charged two years ago. Total amount came to $345.00. When I mentioned the price to him he got the receptionist on the phone who was very nasty and backed his disrespectfulness and attitude all the way. He also added a $45.00 fee to snake the line when he originally said he wasn't. I will definitely not be using their services from here on out.

  We pump around 30 septic tanks out daily. We charge the same price for everyone in this area. I have attached the pump proposal that he signed showing our prices to pump, dig and snake the lines. We pumped out the septic tank $225.00, 3foot dig up @ $25.00 every foot so $75.00 and snaked the lines $45.00, total was $345.00. When he was told what he owed, he said that he was only charged $225.00 the last time. The driver tried explaining the prices to him, then the customer got upset and said he was being over charged, thats when the driver called into the office for assistance in explaining to him. The receptionist then went over the prices with him and he kept insisting he was being over charged. The driver was going to knock so $45.00 off for snaking the lines to try to make him happy but there was no pleasing this person. He accused the driver of being rude and having a bad attitude with him but he was only trying to help him out and collect the money so he could move on. The customer said he would pay the $345.00 and never use us again. We said sorry you feel that way but thank you and have a good day. Some people can not be pleased regardless of what you do because they want something done for nothing. There was nobody ever rude to this customer in anyway.

  I am rejecting this response. I am not surprised by the business's response to my claim after reviewing similar responses on the BBB website. Furthermore, that is not my signature on the proposal they attached. My main complaint was not so much about the rudeness or attitude of the employees but to the septic tank not being completely pumped out. I paid good money for a job partially completed.

  We can not pump out the wipes. It is against the law to take them to any facility to dump them.

  I am rejecting this response because: There were no wipes in the septic tank nor were there ever any. No one at this residence uses wipes. That is a fact. The tech Gabe just used this as a reason not to not finish the job. Furthermore, I only signed a document giving my permission to dig. I never signed a document confirming the charges. My signature was copied onto the document with the charges. I would never sign a document with charges I disputed.

  The document that this customer signed is the only pump Proposal that we have, no one has copied anything. Where the customer signed it is giving permission to pump and dig, the prices are listed above, if he would have looked over the paperwork he would have seen the prices that we charge. We charges for the service that was done. Some people can just not be pleased if they can not get something for nothing.
