  Worst experience in 30 years as a homeowner. Ray bid on &received a $30k job to do stormwater drainage work. I should have ran when he said he did not know how to & had never done an itemized bill. *** accepted the job said a 2 wk project, but kept putting it off waiting for better weather for the grass to grow. Started the job during the worst possible time to grow grass and it took a couple of months. Disrespectful from the start, saying I didn't have to be home during project. Who does a 30k project and is not home to observe. This was a full scale project from the back to the front curb to tie into the city sewer and a new driveway. Driveway guy knocked down a line and dropped chunks of concrete on fence damaging it. Driveway was put in & immediately cracked in two places. Project sat for weeks and the driveway got washed out on both sides of the driveway with 3 and 4 inch gaps where you could stick your arm under the driveway, meaning the integrity and the stability of the driveway is in question. Tore up yard and left open holes and left it unsafe for kids or pets to be in the area, with huge drain holes left uncovered and no silt barrier's put up to catch the heavy flow of slick red mud that ran thru the yard for weeks. He allowed 6 inches of mud to flow into the newly set in pipes while he had the job idle, which would have had me started off with sludge already in the line that I would have been responsible for had I not insisted he clean it out. He tore up my sewer line collapsing it causing a clog and when fixing it they left a bladder in the line clogging it more, I had to pay to dig up line and replace. He sprayed liquid hydroseed up in the air like he was putting out a fire. It was to the top of the 6ft fence and covering my AC unit. The grass never grew and I was told that it was poor quality or old product with little grass in it. The city had to come redo the project and redirect the pipe and reseed the entire yard. Avoid this place.

  This job was started 5 days after the proposal was signed & we received the down payment. The small line that she is referring to was a cable line hanging low, and the tractor did hit it, the line was not in use and did not cost her nothing. The fence she spoke about was repaired. We graded over 60 % percent of her yard and did hydroseed when we got done. The Catch Basins had silk in them. You install catch basins where all the water runs, when heavy rain comes its common for the catch basins to get *********** but we cleaned back out. A sewer line can not be marked, it was cut and we fixed it back. When hydroseeding it is going to get everywhere. We had an employee to go back and pressure wash everything, there was no damaged occurred. We have not had a call from customer in 10 months or from the city about grass not coming up. This job was signed approved by her and city before we got paid. She paid us for the job and the city reimbursed her the majority of the money back.

  Exactly the response i expected from you based on your lack of ownership of any wrong doing on any of your complaints and the lies you tell and the damage you deny. Karma will give you what you deserve as you know the lack of integrity and the shoddy job you did was unprofessional. I did not sign off the city did. I had no choice but to paybif i wanted to be reimbursed. Once someone other than the guy oversseing the project came out from the ciry they agreed that the project was a terrible job and redid much of it. You ate not worth my time going back and forth this was just to warn others to beware of doing business with you. And as I said you will reap what you sow. And the reason i waited til now was because i waited until the city redone the project as I was not sure if they were going to do it themselves or reach out to you.. when they finished I posted my review. There was not enuf text allowed for me to put all that you did so i had to shorten it to what was allowed.. professional people do not spray hydroseed on HVAC units or to the top of 6 ft privacy fences. They dont spray up in the air like a firehose.. Nor do they have non plumbers do water lines and put in clean outs backwards and leave drain bladders stuck in the line. Nor is it commo to leave property un protected and open holes and not to prevent mud from running across yard and to fill holes. They got filled before you put the catch basins in because you left the hob standing for weeks after you laid the pipes And you had no intention of cleaning it out had I not insisted and refused to pay until you did. Just like you allowed the driveway to get washed out on both sides. Again this is a warning to others. You have already showed me who you are and I don't expect any more from you other than lies and denials. Just know that it will catch up to you or your generations after you.

You collapsed the line after your guys tried for an hour and you jumped in the hole and manhandled and forced the connection. Nor is it common to leave property un protected and open holes and not to prevent mud from running across yard and to fill holes. They got filled before you put the catch basins in because you left the job standing for weeks after you laid the pipes And you had no intention of cleaning it out had I not insisted and refused to pay until you did. Just like you allowed the driveway to get washed out on both sides. Nor is it normal to just spray hydroseed over a rock hard compacted ground without prepping the ground and loosening the dirt like your worker was trying to do but you cussed him out and told him to stop. The fence was not repaired to full condition but raggedly thrown together and barely tightened up with gaps left in the fence. Again this is a warning to others. You have already showed me who you are and I don't expect any more from you other than lies and denials. Just know that it will catch up to you or your generations after you, and you or they will reap.

  Our toilets wouldnt flush and most septic companies couldnt come out for over a week, not an ideal situation. **** was recommended to me on NextDoor and could come out in two days yes, please!Saturday came around and I was getting nervous when early afternoon arrived. Then the call came in that they would be here within an hour, it was almost like hearing the Hallelujah Chorus in the background!Shortly thereafter, this huge truck pulls in my driveway, and the guy jumps out of the truck in full 80s splendor, hair flowing in the wind, with a huge smile perfect! **** did not disappoint! He also has the BEST attitude of anyone Ive ever had come to my house.Get this he showed up without a mechanical digger. I asked how he was going to dig the hole, it needed to be pretty big. He pointed to his shovel. Okay, I got it, but were going to be here all day, right? It has to take two hours to dig a hole that size, right??Gabe was done digging the hole in 22 minutes flat. I KID YOU, NOT!!!!! Dude is a powerhouse! All while keeping up a friendly banter with my husband and me. You have to agree, thats pretty amazing.To make a long story short: Gabe dug the hole, pried up the 400lb lid himself, sucked all the (ahem) out of the septic tank, told us how to better care for the septic tank, set the lid back down and covered the hole up in around an hour. I wouldnt have believed it if I hadnt seen it with my own two eyes.AND! You knew there had to be an AndAnd the price was one of the lowest from all the estimates we received. Gabe is the total package, and the dude you want taking care of your septic needs.
