    They lost a suitcase I shipped because they shipped it to an incorrect address, plus the label fell off a second suitcase that was shipped on the same day and it was finally received 12 days after shipping because I had our name, address and phone number inside and *** called me. My husband and I were in ** because he was sick and was hospitalized at *** for three months! We needed room in our car to travel home to ******* so I had to ship our two suitcases. I settled with the manager of ******** **************** for $200 for the lost suitcase because I was in no shape to argue with her. I would advise others to never use this business. I you do, double check your information on your shipment and take insurance. I was not asked if I wanted insurance and did not even think of it and that's on me. I would never use this business if I lived in that area!
