    From 3/1/2024 to 10/19/2024, I saw a provider at Thrivemind Counseling and Wellness. Starting 3/1/2024, I switched to Tricare health insurance. I was told by the office staff that for out of network claims, I should mail the super bills to Tricare for reimbursement. During this time, no one mentioned anything different to me. I submitted my Tricare super bills and they were denied. I tried everything that Tricare representatives suggested. I requested help from the owner last year more than once and was told that she wasnt willing to help me. The super bill from 3/1/2024-7/22/2024 totals $3,220 and the second super bill from 8/1/2024-10/19/2024 totals $1,540. I paid both out of pocket to Thrivemind. The total out of pocket costs that I have paid for 2024 was $4,760. This is a significant amount of money that I was expecting insurance reimbursement for. ******* says the reason my claims are being denied is because the provider has to submit them. After requesting help and being ignored/denied since July 2024, I spoke with the owner in person 3/20/2025 and she said she would submit one to see if ******* would accept it but that she wouldnt submit any others. ******* has confirmed that they didnt receive anything. I called Thrivemind on 6/2/2025 and I did not receive a response from her. I emailed the office on 6/3/2025 and 6/17/2025 with no response. ******* confirmed that it wont cost her money to submit them and that she is required to under her contract with them. She is refusing to do so, saying they will deny the claims. If ******* is saying she needs to submit them and *** given her the info from them. Im not sure why she wont try or why I was not told last year in July that she had thought they wouldnt go through when I asked. ******* said she can submit it and that there is an option for her to select that I have paid out of pocket already. I need the owner to try at least submitting one claim. If it gets denied then at least we tried everything.
