      The service technician, Ray, is outstanding. He does a great job of explaining the scope of work, shows-up on time, and leaves the job site as clean as he found it. However, the company completed took overcharged me for a routine job. Jacksonville Heating Contractors did the original install at my house 5 years ago and I have trusted them to provide service whenever there has been a problem which has unfortunately been about yearly experience. The needed to replace an evaporator coil that was under warranty. I understood I would need to pay for the labor and refrigerant but to my surprise was a bill for $2,496. After the work was completed, I did a little research on the average cost for this service was between $1,300 and $1,700 which included the new part. The technician completed the service in about 3 hours. I hate to move on from this company because of the quality of work by the technician but simply cannot afford to overpay by hundreds of dollars.       Worst care ever. They deleted the reiew I left. Refused to work, refused to fix things. Cost $300 in labor to install a part they installed first before claiming they didnt install it. Showed them proof. And they upcharged labor fee.

      The tech ,( *******************************), who came to my house on May 5,2023. Was a very knowledgeable and courteous man willing to answer any questions you might have, and make sure you understand everything before he leaves.
