    The reason for my complaint is the fact the company been given me the run around on behalf of my vehicle. They had my vehicle since March 2023 up to January ****. I lost my job due to the company holding my car and not fixing it.

    1/25/24  -  After my conversation with ************ and his understanding that we were holding on the extensive repairs due to his request and financial situation, we agreed to refund his deposited amounts and he would remove the car from our premises.
