    Initial install went well, then my mini-split failed, so did Poplin! My 1-1/2 ton Trane mini-split HVAC unit was well regarded, however I didn't count on Poplin to completely ignore my requests for service when the A/C wouldn't come on, & they wouldn't answer the phone, or return calls. I initially was able to have their service tech come to my home. That tech added refrigerant to the system, and it worked well for about 1 week, by then all the refrigerant had leaked out. at that point, Poplin would no longer respond to any calls. Trane, one of their various equipment suppliers, subsequently advised me that because the system was improperly installed, they would not honor their 10 year warranty. Since late May, temperatures and humidity have been very high! Is this the quality of ****************** that you want for your home???
