    We paid $2500 to fix my Ac on my 2012 **** fusion and they neglect to fix it .there was shady things going .a employee used a computer to fix a problem and shorted out tge computer which caused wires to burn in my car .the employee was fired but they said he was out if work after the fact ..the Manger at the time gave us the run around .so the district manager told us to bring it to the Mooresville store .and they couldn't fix it .and he promised he would fix it or make it good. He did nether and did not say anything to us

    I took my car to Meineke in Lincolnton, NC on 7/8/24. I was told I needed a new CV axle on the driver side, an outer tired rod on passenger side and an alignment. The shop worked on my car for two days and was unable to put on the new CV axle. They tried everything including hammering on the new part. They recommended me to take my car to the dealership. After leaving the Meineke shop in Lincolnton, I decided to stop by Meineke in ********. I was told by that shop that they could do the repair but I had a bad transmission leak. After looking at my paperwork from the Meineke in Lincolnton, I noticed there were no leaks before they attempted to work on my car. I allowed the Meineke shop in ******** to change the CV axle, outer tire rod and alignment and they charged me $824.95 instead of the $740 that the Meneike shop in Lincolnton was going to charge. I asked the manager why the price was more and he stated it because they have different owners. I decided to take my car to Meineke in ************, for a 3rd opinion and was told I need an inner and outer tired rod for the driver side and an alignment. They also informed me that my transmission was leaking too. I refused to get the service done due to me paying Meineke in ******** for the work they done. I took my car to a transmission shop afterwards was told my transmission fluid is pouring out by the cv axel. I contacted the cooperate office on 7/18/24, 7/30/24, and today, 8/16/24 at ************ and have yet received a response. I dont feel confident that Meineke is taken my concerns seriously.

    I took my car in April 6 as directed by my warranty company (silver rock) for a turbo replacement. I have a 2016 **** explorer. The district manager assured me he could handle this repair. He found that other issues were there as well. New cv axles, control arm, brakes and alignment were needed as well. I approved all these repairs. They had my car 3 and a half weeks. When i was called to pick the car up I arrived to be warned that there was an exhaust leak and a few lights lit up on the dash. I asked why because no lights were present when I dropped the car off and no exhaust issues at all when brought in. The mechanic informed me it was the cars fault and not his. I immediately voiced that I was not happy about this. I start the car and it sounds like a go cart and will but accelerate over 35 miles an hour. I immediately have it towed to a **** dealership. The see immediately the meinike didn't actually connect my turbo. It was literally dangling and tubes and wires not connected! So due to the "repairs" at ******* these are the repairs needed to fix their damage. I do have proof of all claims. The car needed new exhaust, catalytic converter, flex plates, control arm, wheel speed sensors (he smashed mine putting the cv axle in) new turbo (because he didn't connect mine and it destroyed the one he was supposed to put in) also I have to have an entire new engine. I have called and called to get meinike to help and I was threatened and called and told to stop calling. Even texted and threatened to stop calling. I'm at my breaking point and need help!

    Good Morning, 

    When it comes to this vehicle, It was a aftermarket warranty company called SilverRock. *************** did not even pay for the repairs of her vehicle the warranty company did and also supplied there own turbo. When customers supply their own parts there is no warranty implied. I have spoken to the warranty company and they are having the **** dealership fix it and they are paying for it. We do a lot of work for ********** and they know and understand our policies. If we Purposely messed up Mrs. ****** vehicle like she states then ********** wouldn't send us their customers as they always do. *************** Has been contacted numerous times as she has been doing nothing but slandering our company. This claim is denied and Meineke of Lincolnton NC will not be doing anything for ***************. We told the warranty company we would prefer the vehicle be fixed somewhere else due to her threats and behavior towards the staff and myself. The warranty company acknowledged that and agreed to let the **** dealership fix it for her. If you have any questions regarding this please feel free to reach out to me.
