Was terrified about getting a new roof and the process involved but then I called these guys. Sent out ***** ******** to give me a quote and walk me through the whole process. Truly felt like these people 1000% care about their clients. Helped me through the insurance process and then we even added gutters. House looks amazing and all the staff/work crew kept me informed at every bump in the road. Showed me issues before fixing and made sure I was ready to proceed. Thank thank thank you ***.

*** only hires the best, most patient employees. They put on our roof in 1 day! But. There was a defect with the shingles. It was a one-in-a-million issue involving too much **** and the shingles not sealing. Instead of making us wait for the warranty with tons of leaks, they fixed the roof without change! They are going to process the warranty for us and hopefully get paid for their extra work. They really care about the customer and I am so happy we went with this company. Will, ******** ****** and the entire team communicate well, answer questions, and do what they can to make sure you dont have to sweat it. Even if I could do it all over again, I would still choose them and the same shingles product since it is so highly rated. We really had a weird one-in-a-million issue and I cant say *** is a one-in-a-million company!All The Way Gutter Protection and Roofing Inc.

5 starsJust had my roof replaced on 8/22/2023, They arrived early morning and started work and were finished shortly after lunch, this included replacing a good many OSB boards as well. The crew were very polite and and very efficient . They cleaned up as they went went along. At the end of job I couldn't even tell they had been there. The roof looks great, I would highly recommend this company to anyone. ***** came out a week earlier to look over the roof and give me a quote. I was very pleased with his presentation and knowledge, he wasn't pushy at all, Covered all the details and explained exactly what they would be doing and the materials they would be using. . His customer service went above and beyond as he spent time patiently answering all of my questions and addressing every concern that I had. It's also clear to me that ***** is an asset to the company, as his dedication to his work was evident throughout our conversation. 5 starsI've had an issue for quite some time with my gutters always being clogged due to the massive pin oak trees above my home. I had previously installed gutter guards myself with stuff I had got from ****** and they did not work at all. I needed good quality gutter guard with a warranty. Looked up companies in the concord area, after seeing a few companies I decided to go with ATW. *****, the sales rep was very down to earth and informative. The crew was very quick and thorough. 5 starsMy husband I love house projects. Many we can do ourselves. However, at our new home I HATE when he gets up on a ladder to clean the gutters. For many house project reasons we went to the Home and Remodel Show earlier this month. We met many companies who focus on many things. We werent really in the market for gutter guards but when we got there and realized there were a ton of options for gutter protection we started stopping to talk to companies. When we got to the ***************************************** booth we are so impressed we scheduled a free consultation. Long story a little shorter we were impressed again when they came out for the quote. The overall design of the guards they install were second to none and the customer service was absolutely amazing. They came out the next week and now I dont have to stress about my husband on a ladder cleaning our second story gutters, or any of our gutters. Weve had two big rains since the guards have been installed and my husband and I are so happy. If you are looking for quick, quality, fairly priced gutter guards and high quality customer service you should use ******************** and ********************.Review fromElizabeth C

Sales representative, *************************, was great! Install was completed next day and very efficient. Had new gutters and downspouts installed and I couldn't be more pleased.
