    I was awarded the following degrees from Tripp Bible Institute:BSL MSL DSL DBS ThD I am quite poor, having been an unpaid missionary in foreign lands which impacted my health. I am 69, and have progressive smalll fiber neuropathy with autonomic features.Tuition was many thousands of dollars but the lessons are actually in public domain and are simple multiple choice questions, so it was pure profit. My credentials were lost in over seas travels in dangerous areas. When I call to have diplomas and transcripts, Im told I have to pay hundreds of dollars for each transcript. I need these along with my regionally accredited degrees from other schools to update my teaching credentials.This is wrong. If transcripts cost they much they am surely summarize on a single sheet of paper for each degree. Eg, state that J took fifty courses in Bible studies for the BSL.This activity seems unethical. Most schools issue free transcripts upon graduation anyway.Also, over the **** I requested my name changed from **** ***** to ******* *****. I never ***** received a reply (**** is my **** name). When I once purchased duplicate diplomas from them, they still used my **** name ****.These are legal documents, and K need it to day *******. I forwarded my ids many times over.I believe I should receive official transcripts free of charge and diplomas.If they balk, that theres too many pages, they can summarize as I suggested.Respectfully,******* *****

    Emails were responded too. We have the copies of correspondence.  Each transcript is made specially to each students courses, this is why there is a fee. If you have taken lots of courses it is very time consuming.  Actually, the last email that I responded to I did not receive a response from the student. 

    I explained the fees to the student (cost of transcript and copies of the degrees) which is all in our catalog. 

    All information is available for overview.

    Our prices are a lot lower than other religious schools. 

    We ONLY offer degrees in religion and religion association.
