    Avoid these scammers with Buzz Away at all costs. I contacted them in March after hearing a scratching noise in my walls. ****** arrived within a few hours and told me it might be squirrels. Initially, I appreciated his friendly demeanor and sense of urgency (that's how they get you). After inspecting my attic, which is not the area where I heard the noises, he also told me there was evidence of mice. He supplied a solution and said if I could get the money to him by the end of the day, he could begin the work. After paying him almost $2,000, he started SOME work and laid bait for the mice over three visits. I was told that a tunneling system was installed and he'd be back in a week or two to do another inspection and remove it. I spent THREE months trying to get a hold of him to return. I'd schedule times for him to come and he wouldn't show. I heard every excuse under the sun - my phone fell off a roof, I don't have a babysitter, I have no gas, I ran long with someone else, family emergency, etc. I'm empathetic to a point, but after months of excuses, I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I gave it one final try in ***** after he told me I was "the priority." I asked for proof of the tunneling system and the work that was (allegedly) completed in March. All of a sudden, he couldn't track down any records despite telling me multiple times that he had photos. I absolutely believe I was scammed. I will post this review on as many sites as I can to keep others in the ********* area from making the same mistake I did by giving money to these grifters.
