    I have relied on Tyson Services Air Conditioning and Heating for nearly six years now. They serviced one of the compressors on the house I was about to buy in August 2019. They made a good impression with me, so I kept their information. Almost three years later, summer 2022, both AC units failed. One month between failures. I requested that the *************************** contact Tyson for the repairs. ***** at Tyson was wonderful to work with, she helped me deal with the HOW company that was trying to get out of their obligations. Just recently I noticed that my upstairs unit had tripped the circuit breaker. Not something benign, so I called Tyson back. ***** sent out ******* that did a superb job explaining what caused the breaker to trip. He added freon and all seems good now. He also recommended their yearly service plan, that I signed up for. 5 Stars, well deserved, to the team at Tyson.

    Tyson Services recently corrected safety and operational repairs at our Townhome in ************. Our experience with Tyson was outstanding. The customer service , communications, persistence in obtaining parts and the work performed by their Technician were outstanding. I have 60 years of private section and public sector facilities managements . Operation and maintenance experience and highly recommend Tyson **** *. 01/30/2025

    Very good service and all questions answered in a timely manner. Seems that the pricing was ok and the quality of work was good. ***** needs to be commended with the coordinating of the job. I know by checking references they stand behind there work.

    contacted Tyson late on a Thursday night. ***** scheduled me for service the next morning on Friday. Technician ****** was fantastic. Kept me looped in with ***** to weigh my options. Once decision made, scheduled me for Monday to have new unit installed. Ive been with Tyson since 2017. Switched to them after they were assigned my warranty case. If you call or email, you always get ***** who answers you by name. Would highly recommend

    Excellent company. Excellent service. Went above and beyond to find the parts for my AC, worked with my warranty company and pushed the replacement through. Technician was knowledgeable, efficient and completed the job without a problem. Highly recommend.

    We got some quotes from some other companies but no one had better customer service or offered better warranties. The communication was excellent during the entire process. The crew did a great job installing and cleaning up. We can not recommend them enough!!

    My AC went out and Tyson was able to get someone out to look at it the next morning. They were competitive with other service providers, but *****, ****, and ******* were professional and trustworthy which is why I chose them out of 7 quotes I got. My install occurred more quickly than expected which was great! And, it only took a few hours. There was one follow-up issue (imbalance caused by settling from rain a couple days after install) and they came right back out less than 24 hours after I notified them and rebalanced the compressor. ***** provided all the paperwork I needed for insurance with no problem. I'm so glad I went with Tyson! There were no lies, no scare tactics and no corners cut!

    On August 1, 2023 a heat pump-split system was installed . The the two technicians *****, and *******) were very polite, and answered all my question. They explained everything about the system. They cleaned up before the left. ***** the general manager who always very kind ,and helpful took care of me. She is a great asset to Tyson. She always goes out of way to help me. She submitted the form(already filled out) to duke energy reward center. I did not I was entitled to this reward. The three should be reward for their great performance. I would recommend this company. she always
