      NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES!! I have rental properties. In the just the last six months I have purchased 1 stackable washer/dryer unit. 2 washing machines, 1 dryer, 2 stoves and a refridgerator. Today I left with over 500 dollars worth of supplies, which I will be returning tomorrow. In the past 3 weeks I have spent a few thousand dollars on one rental. Did the same six months ago on another. Last week they delivered one refridgerator a stove, and a washer. No one has moved in and appliances have not been used. Tonight I showed the property and potential renter wanted a side by side refridgerator. I figured since it was unused and only a week old I would try to get a return or exchange. Lowes said 48 hour return policy, period. So glad I found this out tonight. I will never use them again for appliances, and will be purchasing the new floors from **********. Further drive but way better customer service. I will also head to ********** tomorrow to get the same supplies I return to lowes in the morning, that I just bought tonight.

      This review is not about a specific location, but about Lowe's policy in general. I purchased a refrigerator online and had to wait approximately two weeks for delivery. At the time of the order, the online price was $719. While I was waiting for the item, the price changed to ~$490 and then back to $719 and then to ~800 and then back to $719. Less than 72 hours after delivery, I check the price again and it was ~490. I'm not certain exactly when the price was changed to $489. I contacted customer care (via chat) to request a price adjustment and was told that I was not entitled to one as I had not contacted them within 48 hours. I also sent an e-mail to Lowe's customer care, but have received no response. Their acknowledgement an e-mail indicates that there might not be a response. What's the point of customer care, if you can't receive a response to your e-mail. Lowe's indicates that they have a "price match" guarantee, but apparently not for their own prices. The only mention of a 48 hour requirement is when wanting to return a product. ********** gives their customers 30 days to request a price adjustment if they reduce their price. I would think twice before choosing Lowe's for a major purchase.

      Worst experience ever . From the very beginning nothing went right. We ordered a new kitchen .On the first day that the installation began . It was the wrong style then the wrong color.. I ordered a new wall oven. The first day that I used it. The glass panel exploded. every time that we had a delivery, it was never the right size.. we started this project in October and nothing is finished. Im still waiting for the management to get in touch with us and trying to resolve this situation and Im still waiting.. when we asked if we could have our money back and they could come and pick up the kitchen. We were told its not an option.

      My neighbor is having trouble with Lowes. She paid cash for a refrigerator, but when it was delivered, it couldnt fit through the door and was taken back. Lowes refuses to provide a cash refund, instead offering a gift card that will arrive in three weeks. My neighbor has spoken with the manager, ******, who was unwilling to help, and corporate is currently unreachable. As a cancer and heart patient with a diabetic service dog, my neighbor urgently needs a refrigerator to store insulin. We have called every Lowes number we can find, and we get no resolution for anyone. I asked who issued the gift card refund when she paid cash for the refrigerator - the answer was "customer service." Well someone messed up but the manager at the ******************* refused to offer any assistance. He said it's out of his hands - call corporate! You call corporate and get voicemail. That is terrible customer service. She doesn't have the money to buy another refrigerator. Now she is left with no way to store her food or medicine. ********.

      I have been calling Lowes today all day- 12 times I have been put on hold for a lengthy period and then the call was disconnected. Why is it so hard to answer the phone?? I was only calling to find the price of a carpet rental machine. We have been Lowes customers for a long time but after hours on the phone- we are going ********** all the way!

      I went to Lowes to get a replacement Water Heater which was still under the manufacturer warranty. I told them the code that was given to me by the manufacturer, but they said that they would not give me a replacement without the original receipt and would not accept a copy. The woman at ***************** Kirssyla, was very mean, rude and uncooperative. Because I had the plumber with me and needed him to get started with the install, I paid for the new Water Heater and left to get my receipt. When I returned with the original receipt, instead of getting reimbursed, I was charged again which I did not find out until later.Once the Water Heater manufacturer assured me that they had sent Lowes the refund of the Water Heater, I went to Lowes to get the charge for the Water Heater refunded to my credit card. Lowes refused to give me the refund. So, not only did they get the Water Heater cost reimbursed from the manufacturer, but they also have my payment for the Water Heater! The woman at ***************** ********, continued to hassle me. The manager, *****, got involved, and she sided with Kirssyla. ***** also refused to have my credit card refunded and said that is just the way it is.

      Lowes rips off veterans, purchased a brand new ******* washer and dryer combo, in the first 30 days the dryer broke, the next 30 days the washer broke, they have never made good on this, ******* refuses to honor warranties, and lowes could care less.

      Bought fertilizer from New Lowe's that had a Lowes special sales sign for $24.00 +/- . I did not check my receipt until I got home and found it to be $56.98. Called the store and it turns out the pallet was moved and there was no sale sign. This left me with no proof to argue the issue of pricing. ****** learned check receipt before leaving the store. Cannot trust Lowe's.

      I purchased a lawn tractor from Lowes in June of 2024. I used my old tractor until end of season to save on my new tractor. I used the new tractor 2 times with it running roughly and cutting out. I notified Lowes that the tractor was not working correctly, and it took two months - until December to get the tractor returned. 5 months later- I am being told by Lowes that they do not have a repair specialist and don't know when they can get it fixed or even looked at. One of the manager's I spoke to ******* said that it's been bumped up to the ******* VP to see about getting a repair company to fix all the outdoor equipment, but he doesn't have an idea of when this will happen. In the meantime cutting season will be starting soon and I have no tractor, nor will they refund me nor exchange for a new tractor. Not very good customer service or follow through with communication.

      On 3/21/2025, I went into the ********, ** store location looking for a quote on a Pella floor model patio sliding door. I was greeted by ******* who provided me with quote. I explained that was over my budget and he proceeded to find a door within my budget. ******* showed me a door and said the door was what I wanted, which included blinds and a locked key. I explained I needed a locked key patio sliding door, because my husband is handicapped, and he would use this door to enter the house. ******* then asked if I preferred a left- or right-handed door. I explained that my husband and I were confused about the difference, but I stood in front of the floor model and demonstrated how I wanted to open the door. He proceeded to say I was looking for a right-handed door. I trusted ******* and placed the order. Unfortunately, when the contractor arrived to install the door, he realized it was not the right door. I called to speak with ******* and explained the door he ordered was not a right-handed door. The door opens the other way. Unfortunately, I am not able to place another order or exchange the door. By this time the old door had been removed, which meant I was forced to keep this door. I would also still have to pay the contractor for his time. ******* said he was going to speak with his supervisor and will call me back. ******* returned my call with his supervisor ***. He was extremely unprofessional and condescending. He started by accusing me of ordering the wrong door, I tried to explain ******* placed the order and I used the floor model to demonstrate how I wanted the door to open. I also explained my contractor was at my house and confirmed the door was incorrect. The supervisor then said I went into ****** and thats what you ordered. Dont you know how to use ******? You also need to find another contractor, because he doesnt know what he is talking about. After a few minutes of feeling disrespected by the supervisor I ended the conversation.
