      I purchased a lawn tractor from Lowes in June of 2024. I used my old tractor until end of season to save on my new tractor. I used the new tractor 2 times with it running roughly and cutting out. I notified Lowes that the tractor was not working correctly, and it took two months - until December to get the tractor returned. 5 months later- I am being told by Lowes that they do not have a repair specialist and don't know when they can get it fixed or even looked at. One of the manager's I spoke to ******* said that it's been bumped up to the ******* VP to see about getting a repair company to fix all the outdoor equipment, but he doesn't have an idea of when this will happen. In the meantime cutting season will be starting soon and I have no tractor, nor will they refund me nor exchange for a new tractor. Not very good customer service or follow through with communication.

      On 3/21/2025, I went into the ********, ** store location looking for a quote on a Pella floor model patio sliding door. I was greeted by ******* who provided me with quote. I explained that was over my budget and he proceeded to find a door within my budget. ******* showed me a door and said the door was what I wanted, which included blinds and a locked key. I explained I needed a locked key patio sliding door, because my husband is handicapped, and he would use this door to enter the house. ******* then asked if I preferred a left- or right-handed door. I explained that my husband and I were confused about the difference, but I stood in front of the floor model and demonstrated how I wanted to open the door. He proceeded to say I was looking for a right-handed door. I trusted ******* and placed the order. Unfortunately, when the contractor arrived to install the door, he realized it was not the right door. I called to speak with ******* and explained the door he ordered was not a right-handed door. The door opens the other way. Unfortunately, I am not able to place another order or exchange the door. By this time the old door had been removed, which meant I was forced to keep this door. I would also still have to pay the contractor for his time. ******* said he was going to speak with his supervisor and will call me back. ******* returned my call with his supervisor ***. He was extremely unprofessional and condescending. He started by accusing me of ordering the wrong door, I tried to explain ******* placed the order and I used the floor model to demonstrate how I wanted the door to open. I also explained my contractor was at my house and confirmed the door was incorrect. The supervisor then said I went into ****** and thats what you ordered. Dont you know how to use ******? You also need to find another contractor, because he doesnt know what he is talking about. After a few minutes of feeling disrespected by the supervisor I ended the conversation.

      We ordered merchandise from Lowes in ************************* about 2 years age. It was taking too long to receive the so we decided to cancel the order. But they finally said the order was ready. so we allowed them to bring the complete order to our home. they remove our old front doors and replaced with two damage front doors. The storm door that was bought to our house was not the door that we ordered. So we decided to cancel the rest of the order since this delivery was not on time or what we ordered. Next I was being charged for the entire order, and we only received the two items. I disputed the remaining amount of the bill for the undelivered merchandise. I do not feel like I should be charged for the items that I did not receive. The amount is *******. No one will tell me what merchandise this is for. I only feel we should be responsible for the items that we received. I also made some payments on the merchandise. I do have receipts for cancelled merchandise.

      Lowes in ************ **: Spent $5000 on new carpet for a large bonus room. 2 non-english speaking installers arrived 3 hours late at 11am, worked for 2 hours and then one of them left for 4 hours, from 1-5p. The one he left behind just sat on the padding waiting. When the other returned, they rushed thru putting the carpet down, left 3 visible seams from wall to wall and by then it was 8pm. I literally helped them roll up the remaining carpet on my drive in the dark. When I complained to the company Lowes uses for install - "Service Pro Install", they sent out an inspector wearing a Lowes id tag. He tried to sell me on that the visible seams were simply due to "lighting". I showed him that the seams were visible both with or without the lights on. He blamed it on light coming thru one window. He then suggested the installers return and trim all 3 raised seams with scissors to cut down the raised spot and take a hammer to each seam to help flatten it down. I have never in my ******************************************* such obvious seams. Worst carpet install and customer service ever. DON'T BUY CARPET FROM LOWES IF YOU AREN'T INSTALLING IT YOURSELF. I was assured by the salesman that if there were any problem that Lowes would assist to resolve it with Service Pro. Not true.

      Bought a new washer. Leaks from inside washer. Bought extended warranties. Why not replace the washer. Apparently you have 48 hrs. The plumber hooked us up 5 days after purchase. Terrible business practice on a broken product. Fixed income and on a credit card that breaks into a tight budget. Nothing right about this.

      Treated rudely at the ***************, **********, ** location when returning a warped storm door. Our company spent nearly $100,000 at Lowe's in two years. Didn't matter. Very poor decision. Our employees have been instructed not to use Lowe's unless an emergency.

      ***** to purchase a toilet through the website. First they messaged saying it would be a day late, however it ended up coming a day early. Good, right? Sure, except the warehouse in **********, FL sent the right toilet tank (1.6GPF) and the wrong bowl (1.28 GPF). No installation was happening now and my project suddenly had to stop.I thought this would be a minor inconvenience, since I just needed a correction to my order. Yet after over an hour of customer service representatives closing chat tickets as soon as they saw my issue and telling me they couldnt do anything, or not responding to me and then telling me they havent heard from me In a while and that theyd close the ticket I gave up and went to the store.Once I got to the store in ***********, ** no one would come to the returns desk to help me unload this 60 pound toilet, it was 7 in the evening and the store hours said they closed at ten. After waiting and several calls over the PA an angry store employee came up and helped me get the item in the store. Once I was able To bring it in, I told them the issue again and all I was offered was a ********** win Lowes, I no longer want the product and I hope the cost to ship this toilet back to the warehouse will burn a hole in someones budget. I really wanted the product too all I needed was half of the toilet to be replaced and the order issue handled. I will NEVER use your website to purchase anything and I offer this warning to anyone else considering doing so.

      This is a general complaint about Lowe's and not this particular store since I don't know if I was talking to a distribution center or to a store. The Lowe's address on the order doesn't seem to exist.stove and dryer. I just cancelled my order because working with Lowe's was such a headache. 1) I called to schedule an installation date, which I was not allowed to do online, and was transferred 5 times to employees who weren't trained on how to schedule an installation. I finally figured out what questions to ask to determine a better way to resolve the issue. 2) The delivery date was rescheduled so often that we just gave up. My husband lost a day's worth of pay for a delivery that never happened and we can't figure out WHEN to ask off because the delivery date may change yet again. So much money wasted. So much time wasted. Such a headache.

      DO NOT USE LOWES FOR DELIVERY. THEY DROP IT IN ROAD, STATING NOT ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. SO NOW I HAVE PALLETS OF PAVERS IN ROAD THAT ARE BEING INSTALLED IN BACK YARD! CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN USELESS!

      They wont publish any of my negative product reviews. These are verified purchases, and Im not using any bad language or anything else which could be offensive. Dont trust any product reviews on their website, apparently they only like good product reviews, and a select number of bad ones to look fair.
