      Purchased2 sliding glass doors at the end of October 2024,was supposed to be delivered to N ************, delivery was so screwed up that they first tried to give me a 800 dollar store credit, after I complained to corporate they gave a refund instead, didnt install doors until March because there was no rush, unfortunately when I unwrapped the large amount of shrink wrap I found the sliders were the same hand not left &right like I had ordered so of course I couldnt use the screens because one door had to be installed backwards and they would not make it right, amazing they are still in business, what a waste of 5000 dollars

      never buy cabinets from Lowes ordered the cabinets7/28first cabinets were delivered 9/10 the design was wrong( designer did not pay attention to our measurements)cabinets were delivered the wrong size at least 5 times impossible to communicate with unwilling and unable to resolve issues cabinets delivered damaged had to settle for design we did not order to make the kitchen work we did not complete the project until 2/10 would not take responsibility for mistakes ending up costing me thousands of dollars i would give them a minus ten stars if i could

      I placed an order for six items. Two different lengths screws, shims, spray foam, door k*** set, and an exterior door. The total was $535 The door itself was around $350. The door was going to ship from one store and all the other items were going to ship from another store. I payed for the purchase on Saturday. On Sunday Lowes tried to charge me an additional $350 bc the door was coming out of a different location. ** my bank denied the second charge bc I already got charged for the full purchase, Lowes wouldnt process my purchase until I paid for the door a second time. I was told,Theres nothing we can do. I had to cancel my order and replace them separately and had to wait over a week to get refunded my money. Its pathetic that a multimillion dollar company can hold your money until they deem fit to offer a refund. Lowes has the best tool selection but has the worst customer service. ******* has the worst tools but the best customer service. Act accordingly.

      I am very frustrated with Lowes. I placed an order. I realized that their system changed our address since we live in a newly built home. I called to cancel. They told me they could not cancel. I have been going back and forth between Lowe's and ****** each telling me I need to deal with the opposite. It is by far the WORST customer service I ever dealt with.

      Lowes sold me a toro push mower that I can not use. I have a prosthetic leg and the mower drags me. The handle is also too low I am 62 tall. They refuse to take the mower back or even exchange

      I purchased over $600 in material for a well and paid $400 by gift card and the remaining by a friend's ***** Then after that part of the project was done I had to return the extra items ($25). I took them back to the lowes in ************, va and the manager said she couldn't give me cash or a return/ gift card for the $25 since a **** card was used. That it was lowes policy to only credit the ***** ??? $25. That's crazy. It's not over $100.. I feel like since the bulk of my purchase was by gift card then the refund should've been cash or gift card.

      Lowes lies. Plain and simple. Their website promises free three-day shipping. Well, here we are at almost a week and my order has not come in. I keep getting promises from **************** that they will "escalate" my concern. So far, they seem to have escalated it to a vacant room where nobody ever goes. What a waste of time and money.

      3 dishwashers in 5 years. My first came with the 2012 home and I believe was already upgraded from the original install. Now Ive replaced my kitchen with two more since for the heating/ sanitization setting failing and or the pump malfunctioning. I dont mind washing dishes but I dont like replacing appliances and spending 300-700$ for something that doesnt last, I still have my PlayStation 3 if that says anything.

      I think you're return policy of 90 days is ridiculous. We buy things for upcoming projects when on sale or when we have a little extra money to spend. Things often change once the project is started and adjustments have to be made. I understand not getting a cash refund once your "generous" 90 day return policy has expired, but on in store credit? That's absurd! ******* now has all our future business. They will give you in store credit after 90 days. You customer care is a joke.

      Title: Completely Unprofessional and ***************** $34K in ******* to My Custom Cabinets I am absolutely furious with Lowe's and their third-party delivery service. I hired Lowe's to deliver and install a microwave and trim kit, and the result has been a complete disaster. The third-party delivery team they sent caused severe damage to my high-end custom cabinets, putting 31 holes in them. My cabinets were carefully crafted and glued together, meaning the damage cannot simply be fixed replacing even one causes a ripple effect through the entire ************ make matters worse, when I reached out to Lowe's, the third-party company lied about their actions. They claimed that they were only in my home for 2 minutes, attempting to downplay the damage and avoid responsibility. However, I have video proof that they were in my home for 30 minutes more than enough time to have caused significant damage.Despite this clear evidence, Lowe's and their third-party delivery company's insurance denied my claim. The damage to my cabinets totals a staggering $34,000, which is the estimated cost to repair or replace the custom cabinetry they destroyed.This experience has been an absolute nightmare. Lowe's has shown no accountability, and I am left with severely damaged property and a denied claim, despite providing proof that their team was responsible for the destruction.I will never trust Lowe's with any future purchases or installations again, and I strongly advise others to avoid using their services unless they want to risk dealing with unprofessional and dishonest contractors who don't care about the damage they cause. This has been a complete failure on Lowe's part, and their lack of responsibility is unacceptable.Stay away from Lowe's if you value your property and expect decent service.
