      I have Lowes offering me a settlement in a botched fence installation. In order to receive this settlement, they require a Release of Claims contract to be signed. In this said contract, it also releases Lowes from warranting the fence installation. I am tired of these companies taking advantage of people, and I want to try to prevent them from doing it again.

      ************ Lowes appliance personnel need to get some serious retraining before theyre allowed to assist any other customers. On 31 July 2022 we purchased a *********** range and the connecting line: SALES# S1813NW1 ******* TRANS# ********. ****** and his stated manager helped us with the purchase and told us there were 2 of these ranges in the warehouse and should be delivered in about 8 days. ****** called the next day and told us they had none of these stoves so my wife and I head back into Lowes to see what the problem was. ****** looked it up again and told us he didnt know why he called us because there were 2 in the warehouse. After 8 days of hearing nothing, we stopped by the customer service desk and asked them to look up our order to verify it was still coming, customer service told us yes its coming but on 18 Aug 2022. OK, thats fine so we called on 17 Aug 2022 just to double check with customer service. We were ensured it was being delivered on 18 Aug 2022 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. but we would most likely receive a call narrowing down the time, I got a message around 830 p.m. on 17 Aug saying the items would be delivered on 18 Aug between 2 and 6 p.m. I took off work 2 hours early so Id be at the house when they arrived. I started getting worried around 530 p.m. and decided to call Lowes. **************** told me they did not show a delivery scheduled for me until 1 Sep 2022 but transferred me to receiving, receiving couldnt help and transferred me back to customer service where I asked to speak to a manager. After being on hold for 25 minutes I hung up and dialed back in. **************** informed me the manager wasnt answering any calls so she would personally walk the phone back to her. Amazingly enough this actually happened and I got to speak with a female manager-she never gave me her name. She looked the order up for me and informed me there were none in the warehouse and they didnt know when any would be arriving. She couldn

      I purchased 3 gallon of paint on July3, 2022 and another gallon on July 4, 2022. The painter over estimated the amount of paint needed for the job.I tried to return 2 gallon of the paint on Aug.12,2022 and was told there was a 30 day return policy. It's just white paint nothing added to the paint. The return clerk said there was nothing she could do, a manager was called and said he couldn't do anything. There was nothing on my receipt that stated a return was limited to 30 days. I was not told by the cashier that I have ****************************************** the store about a 30 day return.I don't know how a customer would know these things unless you are told, it's posted in the store or stated on the receipt of a 30 day return. Needless to say I am not pleased with the customer service at **********************.

      ZERO STARS! I really hope people read these reviews. I will NEVER buy anything from Lowes again. They have lost a customer for life and I will share my experience on all platforms in hopes that I can stop others from having to deal with this type of service. My husband and I purchased our entire kitchen at Lowes. We ordered cabinets in June of 2021. We were originally told ***** week lead time, but our cabinets were not delivered/installed until December 23rd 2021. The installation went good but the measurements were wrong so we had to wait till the end of March to have all cabinets and trim installed. Countertops measurement was ordered Dec 14th 2021. After multiple attempts to reach someone because we were told the measurement would be with 1-2 weeks, we finally had someone take measurements on January 27th. Were told via email, countertop install would occur April 7th. Stayed home and after no one showed, called and learned the email was wrong and that April 21st was our install date. Installers show up the 21st and the measurements were wrong. At this point I was without a countertop since December 23rd. Countertops finally get installed in May. We also ordered our washing machine, dryer, stove and dishwasher through Lowes (prior to the bad experiences). The washing machine, dryer and stove all had no issue. The dishwasher, well... it still is not installed. I stayed home today after months of back and forth and promises that our issue was being escalated but the installer called to say the parts Lowes said they ordered were never ordered. We have had the dishwasher since September 2021, 3 install attempts so we made it a point to ask if they for sure had everything and were told they did.I have never in my life dealt with customer service on this level. We get told we will get callbacks and they never happen. We have been hung up on. Please do not waste your time and money going to this place. I am amazed they can stay in business.

      Terrible customer service from @********************** of ************** Delivered a broken item and would not refund the $79 local delivery fee - 2hours wait on the phone and no resolution This is why more and more people turn to ********** This will be the last time we order from them

      Lowe's Home Improvement Center, ****, ** did an install sales of a bath and kitchen for me starting in Fall 2018. These projects took over a year to complete even though the sales/design/contractor team had indicated 3 months to completion. The sales person recommended a product from the *************** (TM) for the shower. She said that it was carefree and guaranteed for life. When I asked if this was a lifetime guarantee for the product and labor, I was told that it was for both. In less than a year, the shower panels began to come off the walls. Once I was sufficiently protected by Covid vaccines, I contacted the Lowe's store in ****. They said that I only had a one year labor warranty and were only willing to send a "handyman" to look at my $3,000 shower failure. ******************* support person could offer no explanation for the issue other than contractor error. I contacted Lowe's Corporate support. They had me jump through many hoops and offered only $500 to cover the necessary $2,500 reinstallation/repair expenses. ******************* company is willing to stand by their guarantee by providing new materials at no cost. These projects at my home were riddled by multiple contractor errors, misrepresentations, and unecessary delays. I later found out that this install/sales program had long been problematic. Soon after I had signed my contracts (prepayment required), Lowe's ended this program (install sales) due to many customer complaints. This review system does not provide means for upload images and communications with Lowe's **************** showing the shoddy work they sold and their disregard for customers, nor will it allow me to leave my email so that I could be contacted. I no longer shop at Lowe's and will drive two hours to ********** or use more expensive locally owned stores for whom their good reputations and customer service is valued.

      I purchased a washer and them to deliver and hook up. they broke the water line and would not pay for the damage. the reason was the water lines were plastic line was old wouldn't cover them.

      I worked at this lowes for almost 10 years. The last year I was harrased and threatened by a fellow employee and was repeatedly ignored by management, and even threatened at one point when the harrassment went so far as me having to go to the police station for it. I was fired for taking a picture of a woman's hands while off the clock because she was preparing food with out gloves while coughing on said food (this food was for the employess) she was asked to put on gloves and acted like she didn't hear me and when she wouldn't I took a picture and posted it to my social media. The employee harassing me stalks my page and reported the picture. I was fired in less than a week from posting the picture for Inappropriate behavior, yet the woman who harassed me is still working and now currently harassing another employee, and the employee with the unsanitary food handling ability was promoted to a department head. At no point was me being harrased and almost assaulted ever handled appropriately and even though I had several whittnesses even a manager I was shamelessly let down and the abuse and stalking was allowed to continue. I did not post the womans face or name and only took a picture of her hands as proof of what she was doing. Being unsanitary during a pandemic where she was openly touching food without even washing her hands. I was escorted from the building like a shoplifter and had I not been recording the event my store manager would of said a lot more to me in the closing meeting. He had been looking for a reason to fire me and be done with my claims and proof of harrassment and his failures to hold my abuser to the same extent he held me. I was let go because I gave them a reason even if no one was pictured and even though the person knew they were mishandling food during a pandemic she was promoted and I was fired. My abuser brags about me being fired and has stated many times she has won.

      I dont want to even do a 1 star .... recently purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on june 5th 2022 and have had it serviced 3 times due to not cooling this last time I was told computer needs replaced I said its 2 months old .... well it maybe ? the problem he says but we cant get parts for 8 weeks ,,, so now no refrigerator and LOWEs offers me nothing.... says well we are Sorry ....

      By far, the worst customer service company I have ever worked for. Its not worth your money to file a claim. This company will do everything they can to try and get out of paying to fix anything. 4 and a half hours total so far on the phone over my dryer and still no where close to getting it fixed!!!
