      I know the delivery service is likely contracted out but seriously ****pm time. they call at 2:30. Guy on the phone tells me he is very concerned about getting out of my driveway because I am in a dead end complex road. 2 minutes later my boyfriend who was taking the delivery texted me saying he smells horrid like Marijuana. Really, is that how you show up at peoples homes? Stone then complain you might be able to back out of a driveway.. NO LIKELY You can if your stoned... I am beyond happy...

      Bought a storm door one month ago,the installer can out 13 days ago, he took my old door then told me new door didn't fit, he found damage on door frame he told me he would return to Lowes and call me,well that's when problems started, I have made 6calls to Lowes talked to two managers and no one has called me back once! No next step no nothing have also called and text install company Lowes uses and not one word. I am so frustrated! Now I have do door and no answers.

      Lowe's in ********** ******** I purchased flooring and there are issues. I called the store manager and received phone calls assuring they are taking care of it. Then the manufacturer points at the installation people and the installation people said no it is a manufacturer defect. I just wanted it fixed. Now there a planks separating from each other. I want a refund. I am tired of being ignored.

      they are horrible at Lowe's .. I had ordered home improvement items online paid the amount plus tax and shipping then took a look at my bank account and they took out an additional amount of money ...$19.33 ,,called them where a manager said they would remove the amount due to error **** days later the charge goes through my account and on that morning they sent an additional email claiming that amount was for shipping charges..i had already paid shipping charges ..called them and they talk circles without and resolve...trying to completely confuse the issues placing the cause on the bank and not them not wanting to acknowledge the charges were already paid originally and not wanting to take the charges off the account ..they are thieves that cannot be trusted

      Save yourself a headache and never use Lowes for a fence installation. In January we paid cash for a fence to be installed in May, excited as we were things began taking a huge turn for the worst. Lowes did not order enough product to install our fence no caps no gate no lattice decor! We patiently rescheduled for June 14th and our fence was installed. What a nightmare!!! Our fence was installed with multiple large gaps underneath ranging from 3-7 when you should only have 2! We have to barricade our fence with stones and other material to keep our dogs from escaping! In addition the double gate will not close and each door is at a different height ! There again we have to barricade the gate also to keep them closed or they will blow open with any burst of wind and our dogs escape. Lowes professional installer Broken J did a terrible job installing our fence at the proper height leaving gaps and it still a headache trying to get it repaired in mid August. Thats awful to have to use a warranty immediately after a company as large as Lowes has professionally completed an installation. Weve contacted Lowes countless times and the service makes me angry at how little the representatives know about our case. I WOULD NEVER Recommend Lowes for a fence installation. We have went through so much turmoil and the company did not compensate us for our troubles at all. Ridiculous!!

      We bought 7 casement windows from lowes and most were installed incorrectly according to an inspection by not one but two engineers sent by trinity windows (installers contracted by lowes). This November 2022 we will finally be done with our final and last payment, but its been one wrong delivery after another or damaged windows as reported on the beginners report. Went all the way to corporate but theyre just full of false promises. We get a delivery date and its rescheduled or twice theyve sent windows but theyre the wrong measurements. Thinking of consulting with an attorney if this next date in September we get another excuse or false promise. This is ridiculous!!

      Bought a ******* refrigerator. Delivery was scheduled today. The men came and clearly were not in the mood to work. As soon as I opened the door they told me the refrigerator would not fit through the door . Mind you we purchased the house in 2011 and had a larger refrigerator delivered by another company without any problems. They then left the fridge in my driveway other than placing it in my garage in the box which is on the complete opposite sited of my house than the kitchen. They didnt even want to explore any other solutions. I called my local Lowes ( I purchased it in this very store) and the women couldnt even find my order . After 20 minutes of her not finding my order I told her I would drive to the store. The manager at the store told me the fridge was now my responsibility from the elements since it was delivered and would get back in touch with me , so I left. Meanwhile my husband and I moved the fridge into our house . Only issue is how heavy it was and we didnt have any straps. I get a call twice from delivery men saying they were going to pick it up. Twice I had to tell them that to cancel it. Never even received a calm from the manager . Now I am paying someone to connect everything and finish putting it together. This is Lowes free delivery. Please buyer beware!!

      Long story short here -Bought a dishwasher for delivery and installation in store. The dishwasher disappears and they cant deliver it. Order a new one, it disappears again.This happened over the course of 2 weeks and not once did they discover any issues or show progress except when I called and spent hours on hold to speak with someone. I spent 10+ hours on the phone and ended up with no dishwasher (had to cancel the second order in the end).Incredible levels of incompetence over there.

      If I could give it zero stars I would have.Ordered a dryer in January 2022 It was installed on January 9 and the vent duct was so inflexible that the dryer stuck out 4 from the adjacent washer, making it impossible to shut the laundry room door. Called a week or so later and Lowes arrived with a more flexible duct Of course I had to cover the charge for this one. Apparently they do not come prepared to cut the duct to fit the specifics of the dryer, and so they installed it anyway. Three weeks ago, the end of July, I noticed that my lint trap was not collecting lint after a load of laundry being a fire hazard I called Lowes and set up an appointment to get it checked out and stopped using the dryer.After spending a good portion of the day trying to get an appointment set up I finally was able to do so. Someone from Whirlpool, the maker of the dryer, came out and after being here only about a minute told me it was not the dryer but the duct and that I needed to call about having it repaired. He photographed the duct and it looked like the letter S it had been so poorly installed. No wonder lint was not being collected properly. .Since then I have been given the runaround going from one person to another, being told I would get someone over here on Friday, August 12 between 12 and four At 12:30 on the 12th I called to confirm and was told it was now between 130 and 530 that someone would be here. It is now Saturday at noon and Im still waiting for that individual. In the meantime I set up an appointment for Sunday morning August 14 from 8 to 12. I called today to confirm that and they said they had no record of an appointment that it was not set up properly To top it all off the manager of the store where I purchased a dryer hung up on me last night when I told her that I was going to be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the **** Attorney General for poor service and shoddy workmanship. No more Lowes for me!!

      Lowes was my go-to. As a veteran I appreciate thier recognition of those that served this country. I am now done with Lowes and will be taking all my business to a competitor instead. I will be recommending to people that they stay away from Lowes. Especially if ordering online. Ordered on Monday, with curbside for Wednesday. It was not ready. Was told on Thursday that it would be Monday before I can get it. The stores answer was, it's coming from a 2rd party vendor, so it's not our fault. ************************* answer. It's not our fault. Lowes advertised it. I Ordered it from Lowes and paid Lowes for it. I think that makes it Lowes problem. I realize they can not make my order come faster but an apology would have gone a long way. A special order from ********** to ******* should not be marked for pick ** in two days. Honesty and decency would go a long way toward Lowes becoming what they should be.
