  Our church hired ******'s Home Repair to help an elderly woman and her daughter, ****************************** ( chemo patient and sole caregiver to her mother) repair a bathroom and kitchen floor. ****** was recommended by someone in the community. Our church paid him $1000.00 to do the work which he asked for up front to cover supplies. this was 18 months ago. Due to *****, ******************** cancer and her mothers illness and recent death (03-2022) **************** did not inform me that the work had been started but not complete. She told me today that her brother saw that Joseph's Home improvement was on the local news station for scamming a 90 year old woman. I am appalled that the work we contracted was not complete and further saddened that due to circumstances with the ladies we were trying to help that it went this long unknown to us. I would like to seek restitution for the unfinished work which will now likely have to be completed by someone else.****************************** is available at ************ The address of the house where the work was incomplete is ********************************************** Thank you for anything we can do to rectify this gross injustice.   Now Mr's ****** i do remember..I went to her house numerous times,mother was very sickly..the floors thru out the house were very weak with holes every where..we pulled up.the kitchen floor and replaced it..at that time Mr's ****** showed me the wall.down in the celler was a sheet of black mold it was..After replacing the kitchen floor Mr's ****** was suppose to talk to the Reverend about a loan to complete the rest if the house,every couple months she would call me make a date for me to go over then when the date got close she would call me and set another date..I figured she was doing that because of her mothers failing health or the Reverend ***** giving her any more money to complete the rest of the house..I deeply regret the loss of her mother she was a very nice woman..but i completed what i got paid to do..in all honesty the house ought to be condemned because of the flooring issue and amount of black mold growing rampant beneath the flooring and walls of the celler..Never met the Reverend so the name meant nothing to me,but Oh yes i remember Mr's ****** well enough..i was paid to swap out flooring in kitchen,work got completed..if Mr's ****** wishes to contact me she has my number...
