I signed and paid for an yearly pool service contract with Swails Pool Services LLC on July 16, 2022 for an amount of $2,000 plus $145 in tax. The service went well through August 2022. Looking back through my communication with ***** on my phone he started missing weeks here on there starting in September 2022 and was an ongoing trend until he complete went missing on March 6, 2023. Based on text messages he never came to clean our pool an estimated 10 weeks during that time. The last known visit was in the middle of February 2023. I but faith in ***** Swails numerous times until February 2023. And tried my best to work with him and be patient and understanding with some of his challenges. ***** had surgery a couple times but he never let me know of his absences or his health issues that would lead to him missing weeks. At this time I have tried numerous times to call and text ***** since March 2023 so what I'm asking for is to be refunded for 6 months of my year long contract which brings that refund to a total of $1,072.50 but I would settle for $1,000. I have screenshots of text messages and a pdf of the signed contract if necessary. Please help! Thanks,*******************************
