    We had this company come out a roof on and they got paid by our home owners insurance over the amount they estimated and then posted on face book we still owe them money and then he posted my address on a public social media for the whole world to see

    The Roof Replacement was completed for this customer in June 2024. Customer only paid what her insurance sent a check for and the remainder of the job was left unpaid. Customer made 1 $500 payment through cash app on 9/20/24. Attached are the messages where I continued to reach out to customer to receive the rest of the amount due on the finished job. Customer then blocked my contact number and stopped responding to calls and texts. I did reach out through social media for them to finish paying their bill and complainants spouse then shared their address on the thread for anyone to see. Customer has still not paid for the finished job. I have received a verbal threat by phone which was reported to the police department. Customer will not receive a refund for a completed roof that they have failed to pay for. Any other documentation needed can be provided. My company cannot work for free and this customer should be held liable to pay the remainder of their bill.
