      I am in a rental property. I am having issues with my hot water heater. I am getting brown water/sediment out of all of my faucets. This is unsafe for cooking/drinking. I have contacted the rental company since 2/28/25. I received a visit on 3/4/25 by the maintenance manager, **** and repairman, **** made a visit. Per ****, there were no leaks, he would have to make a phone call and left. Per ****, he was going on vacation from 3/5-3/12 and if **** found out anything someone would contact me. I have received no contact. I have contacted this company daily. I have left emails, voicemails. I have contacted the maintenance line that goes to a call center. The call center is unable to give me any answers. Per the call center, they can only enter in service orders on their end, which has been done daily with no response from anyone to me. I have attempted to contact **** on 3/13, 3/14 by text, phone calls. No return call. I have attempted to contact the regional maintenance manager, **** ****** at ************. He has my phone number blocked. I contacted **** today from a different number and he hung up on me when I told him my name. I have contacted the billing and leasing department today at ************ and spoke with someone who was supposed to contact maintenance. I discussed with billing if I made repairs myself as this is unsafe for myself and my 11 year old son, will I be reimbursed or would this be taken off of my r ent payment each month. This company has been slowly becoming an issue in the last few months. I have been contacted numerous times to buy the residence as maintenance no longer wants to make repairs. I was contacted by *************************** Mobile home Park - *******************************, relayed the company would now be ******************************************, **. I have contacted the number for Valleo ************. I was informed by ****** the only number the had for me to contact for repairs was ************ Mobile Home ***************.

      This is the original and only copy of the lease I have. The only addresses I have is Mobile Home Rentals ******* Mobile home Park - *******************************, relayed the company would now be Valleo Residential at *********, **. I have contacted the number for Valleo ************. I was informed by ****** the only number the had for me to contact for repairs was ************ Mobile Home Rentals ********

      We have received this coorespondance and investigated with our onsite teams. Our teams were out at the home located at ************************************************************ on Thursday March 20th to assess and make repairs to the home. We were informed that the sediment is from the sink attached Brita water filter's screen being clogged. We are scheduled to replace the water heater on March 25, 2025 and will follow up with the resident to make sure that the issues are rectified.

      I was living at 195 Maple Hill ******* They changed manager and maintenance. I had an issue with my heat and ******, the maintenance guy, came to my house extremely intoxicated and beer in hand. When I complained to corporate, they did nothing. After that I was harrassed constantly by maintenance and management. With snide comments about repairs, ect. They showed up with 4 people on 06/21/2022 and cornered me on my front porch stating that I had mentioned the smell of marijuana. When I called cooperate and notified them and stated that I had issues in my home that needed to be repaired, but felt threatened by them, they issued me an eviction notice. Two days later I received a call from cooperate stating to disregard notice. When I called to inquire, nobody could tell me anything. So I packed up my house the best I could, Leaving very minimal things, maybe 2 trash bags full. I called on 7/25/22 and spoke with ******* and on 8/1/22 and spoke with ******, to notify I had moved and to get my security deposit and they stated that there was damages but could not tell me what they were. They stated they were keeping my deposit. I asked for a list of damages and never received anything. After I moved, they found tons of mold in the trailer, after I complained several times that I smelt mold. The whole floor in laundry, kitchen and bedroom needed to be ripped out due to a leak in the water line. Which explains why I was ill all the time. I have pictures of how I left the home and it was not damaged in ANY way.

      I am so sorry to hear about the bad  experience you had with our staff . Resident satisfaction is our top priority, and on behalf of the company and myself I apologize that it demonstrated. I will will investigate your feedback further. 
      As for your move out, we did not issue you an eviction, we issued a Non-Renewal (see attached). After reviewing your account I noticed that on 7/25/22 you spoke to ****************** and indicated that you had move out, but ************ was still occupying the unit.  On 07/26/22 the Property Manger spoke to ************ directly and he stated that he would be vacating the unit on 07/31/22. As for your security deposit, (see attached move -out inspection and charges). As you can see in these photos, there was more than 2 garbage bags left in unit upon move-out and you can also see the conditions the unit was left in.
