      I wish I had read these reviews instead of Google reviews! The "sales" staff are completely misleading and deceptive. My sales person would not directly answer questions, used the "bundled" word instead of price, hands you the agreement to sign with all the pricing covered, and changed my plan to a higher priced plan without telling me. The set up and go fee is robbery along with remaining phone balance and overpriced case mate.
      Also, the IRS needs to look into their tax charges. Between local and state taxes I was charged $52.50 on a $295 total.
      This place needs to be investigated!

      The location in *********** up sells you in hidden ways, and it is not until you analyze your ******* bill that you realize you have been fleeced. In my case, they promised equipment they do not deliver and build sharing services and deals you do nit want. Order your phone anywhere else! I sent Victra an email and I got no response. After more than 10 days, so I believe this is business as usual for them on a corporate level. Stay away from Victra unless you like paying for unnecessary and unwanted services!!!

      I am highly upset and will be doing everything in my power to have this business shut down for predatory practices, which includes; writing a ****** review, contacting the owner on LinkedIn and making a ******* video.I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Victra authorized retailer of ******* [****************************************]. I had an extremely misleading and deceptive sales experience at this store on June 30, 2024.During my recent visit to upgrade my phone, I experienced a series of concerning events that have led me to question the integrity of the service provided at this Victra location.The sales rep told me that I would receive a bundle of accessories that was "included" in my iPhone package and that my total charge of $240.00 was for my upgrade. However, upon reviewing my upcoming cell phone bill, I found a charge of $221.00, with no payments applied towards the new phone and the $35 activation fee that I thought I paid. Additionally, I realized I had not been provided with a receipt at the time of purchase.When I returned to the store on July 2, 2024, the sales representative provided me with a receipt, which revealed that I had been charged for all the accessories that were supposedly "included". I decided to return all the items, including the phone. However, the representative informed me that one item, a screen protector valued at $69.99, could not be returned, and I was forced to absorb this charge. Furthermore, I discovered that there were almost $100 in taxes that I had not been made aware of during the initial transaction.I contacted ******* customer service, and they escalated the issue as none of the accessory charges were reflected in their system.I am requesting a full investigation into this matter, a refund for the screen protector ($66.99+ tax), and restocking fee ($50) and an assurance that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent such predatory incidents from happening in the future.****************

      Sales representative appointed someone who was not authorized as an account manager. Allowed them to purchase a new phone under a 3 year contract. When I called to ask about it the sales representative was very rude and denied authorizing the person. Said she was already authorized and checked her ID but he didnt even know her correct last name.

      I placed a complaint with Victra about one of their stores where I was fraudulently charged for items.The store was located in ********. I have called the store and sent Victra an email.I got a response and said they were refunding me $136.96. I called again because I didnt see the credit. She told me the credit would appear on my ******* wireless bill. She gave me a reference #.I called ******* today about my bill and the credit6/17/24. There is no credit. So disgusted with all the time trying to get my money back. I would advise everyone to stay away from authorized ******* dealers. Total scam! Im writing to the attorney general of Delaware about their deceptive practices

      I went into their ******* retail store to get help returning 5g internet at *********************************************************************************************************************************. store rep called a rep to cancel internet and they said it was canceled kit to return would arrive 3-7 days so i can get a refund in 30 day window. *** never came and when i called customer service today they said it was never actually canceled.

      I have always been very happy with ******* corporate. Great service, coverage, and products that you expect from a premium service provider. However, the experience with this store was terrible! The manager was rude and tried to bully us into service that we didn't want or need. They implied that if you don't get the top-level package then you won't get good coverage and may not have service or data if you have an emergency. If they think they can take advantage of you, they will. We got much better service from the ******* call center.

      I know this was partially my fault but when I purchased a case and screen protector I was not told a price for both items and was just told a total and I wasnt even given an option to PICK what I wanted. I paid $123 for a flimsy case and a screen protector I thought this included something else but I was told I would be given a receipt through my email. I got one with not item outline.

      This company is a joke and a scam. I contacted them about an issue and they never ever got back to me. After numerous emails, I still havent heard back.They are definitely giving ******* a bad reputation for how they operate business. DONT BUY FROM THEM GO TO A CORPORATE STORE INSTEAD!!!!

      WARNING, DO NOT get your ******* phone or service from the store located at **********************************************************************************. This is just an authorized dealer whose main office is in ******** **, the company is called VICTRA. I had a personal account with 4 lines and wanted to upgrade an IPhone on the plan. They told me on a personal account I had to open a new line to get the $830 trade in credit but if I switched to a business account, we have a small business, I didn't have to open an additional line and would receive the credit. They also told me my monthly bill would be cheaper. The **** ******* lied to me and they were very deceptive as a store. I did not get the $830 credit and they added 3 phone lines on my account which I did not authorize. My bill is over $100 higher a month now. I tried calling the store and asked to speak with the manager on two occasions, I NEVER received a call back. The manager is pretty much non-existant and very unprofessional!!! I have had to call ******* directly MANY times and have spent a few HOURS on the phone. ******* is stepping up and trying to help me get this mess all worked out. I have had an account at ******* for over 20 years and never had a problem. Do yourself a favor and ask when you go into a ******* store if it is a corporate branch or it is an authorized retailer, especially if it is under the name of VICTRA!!! Very shady!!!
