      I bought an iPhone SE from the Victra ******* store on ************* in *********, ** and they told me it would be $40.00 to transferred the data. After 5+ hours at the store, they were not able to transfer the data. They told me they could not reactivate my old phone and would not let me take the new phone unless I paid the $40.00 plus tax for the new phone. I told them I would pay the tax, however, I did not want to pay for a service they did not provide. In the end, I had no other choice if I wanted to go home with a working phone. I then took both phones to the Apple Store and they transferred the data for me. When I went back to Victra to ask for a refund for the service they DID NOT PROVIDE, they refused. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this store.

      Uses unethical tactics to sell insurance, accessories and wireless Internet. Also pretends to be a ******* store when in fact they are not. ******* corporate has lower phone prices and different policies. Seniors are up sold on insurance and accessories. Some leave the store not knowing how to use the phone.

      Visited the Store in ************, ******* thinking it was a ******* corporate store as the sign out front just said ******* and when my wife and I walked in the 2 guys said "Welcome to *******" We had no reason to think they were a Victra Store as there was no signage to indicate this. The salesman pulled up our ******* records like they do at a corporate store and told us about our plans. When he started making offers for new phones we had every reason to believe he was being honest. He said we had to have all these accessories and started placing them on the devices we were purchasing and never told us the prices for any of it and just kept saying he was giving us a great deal. To make a very long story short we had to spend 2 hours on phone with ******* corporate to straighten out our plans due to the lies he told us. Avoid these Victra stores at all costs!!!!!

      Very deceptive practices. They charge you a set up and go fee in the store when you set up a line with them and do not disclose that you will also be charged an activation fee by ******** They also do not disclose that they are not an actual ******* store but rather an independent contractor. I went back a few days later and asked about the price I saw in the app, and they assured me I was not being charged to activate the phone again. They straight up lied about it and when confronted with their deceptive practices they said they were sorry I was misinformed. I was not misinformed. I was lied to. Dont shop here or purchase anything from them. You will get screwed.

      Be careful of this place in ********* ********. ************************* will sell you a bill of goods and youll pay for it in the end. Its gonna cost me $1K to get out of my contract but it will be worth it after dealing with this joker.

      Location in ************ (******) failed to disclose written "Equipment Loan Agreements" for several of the devices purchased (stated they were a green company). Also, store salesperson upsold unnecessary lines to promote a less costly service plan, when in fact it ended up being more expensive. Finally, equipment promotions were not applied until several requests had been made. Correspondence to the *** in ******* ** did not yield the courtesy of a response. Clearly, this company does NOT seem interested in customer service/satisfaction.

      I believe I'm the victim of high deceptive and high pressure sales tactics at the ******* Wireless store in ********* **** operated by Victra/ABC Phones. My wife and I originally walked into this ******* Wireless Authorized Dealer to get my wife's phone repaired. She was have an issue with her SIM card. The sales representative suggested that he could fix it by converting the phone over to an eSIM. To accomplish this, he needed to open up our ******* Wireless account (which we authorized). After opening up the account, he recognized that I had promotion that I could get a new phone at no cost and that my wife could get a new phone if we upgraded the data plan to Unlimited Ultimate plan. Sounded good to us.... He then informed us that we should convert all 5 lines on our account off legacy plans to save money. All of this sounded great. He said he would prepare a quote for us. The quote was hand written in front of us showing a saving on every line. Unfortunately, after the the price he was quoting didn't include taxes and surcharges even though our legacy price included taxes and surcharges. Never once did he mention that we would need to add taxes and surcharges onto the new quoted prices to get a true comparison (after the fact, it states that it was mentioned several times). I thought our monthly bill was going to be reduced from $197 to $155 excluding some additional perks we added as part of this transaction. Our new phone bill net of perks is $200. He also neglected to mention that they charge a $39.95 setup fee per phone until we were ready to check out. So after setting in the store for over 3 hours, he finally presented us with a bill of $273. This included the $39.95 per phone setup, $10 difference in trade-in value and cost of the phone, $113 in sales tax and $59.99 wall adapter. Net of the wall adapter we ended up with charges of $213. He also neglected to tell us about $35 per phone charge from ******* on our 1st bill.

      On February 29, 2024 ****************** a Victra/******* employee, in an attempt to defraud the pay Victra/******* pay structure and an unfair advantage for herself and her employees added a line to my business account without my permission. Also, she later called to cancel on March 6, 2023 when I found out. The charges were added to my account. I contacted ******* business customer service and changed the pin, asked a note to be placed on the account restricting her access, and deleted her online access to the company's account. On March 7, 2024, ****************** attempted to gain access by phone and was denied. She then called my phone at 2:53PM and requested access directly from me. I denied access. She then somehow gained access to my account and removed three lines without my company's permission. I am distraught by this as I specifically requested her access to be restricted and have the file notated. As a business account owner I feel that my account has been compromised and wish to be contacted immediately regarding these incidents.I have notified *********************************, *******************************, and ***************************** and will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

      My fiance went to upgrade her phone, the sales rep ************ out of the ***************** location was "helping" He insisted three times our monthly bill would not increase at all and that the $40 non negotiable upgrade fee could be paid in the store and not appear on next months statement. The icing on the cake was that not only did a $35 fee appear on next month bill, ***** took it amongst himself and decided that we needed premium insurance, extended warranty, and extra data storage on the line upgraded without consent. I received my bill today from VZW and had to spend two hours on the phone with 3 different representatives trying to rectify all this. Once I was off the phone with VZW I walked down to the store and confronted the manager about everything. Said there's nothing he can do.F this place
