      We purchased the new Apple phone from this store, making it clear we needed it before we returned to ******* 10 days later. The sales rep said that would be no problem. When we returned after 8 days to inquire about the phone we were greeted (?) by a very surly rep who said he would check the safe to see if it was there. He came back and said it was not. We told him we wanted to cancel that order and order another type of phone, still Apple. He said no, that we couldn't cancel the order until the phone was received and in the safe and it wasn't expected until October 27, about two weeks later. We told him that wasn't an option because we were returning to ******* in 2 days, where we currently live. He said that "was too bad" and once the phone came in, if we didn't pick it up in 7 days, they would sell it to the next customer in line. So basically, ******* Wireless is holding us hostage in a situation we cannot resolve. We assume he didn't want to cancel because he would lose commission on the phone sale but if the phone is so popular they can't keep them in stock and he felt confident they could sell the one we ordered once the 7 day hold expired, what was the problem. So my review would be that their representative had no customer service skills, could care less about the needs of the customer, and ******* policies on cancellations in a situation like this are simply just WRONG.

      If I could give no stars I would!!!!! This company has owed me a refund for 3 months now. Every time I call I am told it will be a few more weeks on your refund. ******* should not even place their name on this company. They are rude and very disrespectful. I would not buy anything from this company. Run away quickly. I just want my money back as they like to receive payments on time I want my money back!!!!

      The worst experience with any business I can remember. I went to their ******* store in ************ on Aug. 2 to get my ******* hotspot fixed (unsuccessful) and ****, one of their salespeople, ended up selling me a new phone that I neither needed or wanted.This new phone has never worked right and I'm still unable to receive my emails on it. I ended up going to (and paying) a local repair shop to work on it. They were able to fix most of it but they're still working on the email issue.I tried to return the phone but they'd already destroyed my original phone. They did refund me $40 as part of what I paid the local repair shop.This has caused me numerous serious problems!! I would never recommend this place to anyone and would strongly advise anyone to avoid it.This place used to very reputable! Not any more. And I can see from the other reviews here that there are many other dissatisfied customers who agree with me.

      I was intending to write an elaborate op-** to highlight the blatant ignorance and lack of ethical business practice that Victra expresses to their customers. Luckily, it seems that the other 1-star reviews here have appropriately illustrat** such feelings. Look no further than the name Victra itself, which resembles a fictional villain from your favorite super hero movie, because this ********authoriz** retailer is nothing short of such a thing. To keep this story short, I purchas** a new phone from what I thought was a typical ******* store. After the device appropriately malfunction** 13 days later, I brought back my concerns to the store, which told me to call a number to receive a new device the next day. Lo and behold, a certifi** refurbish** phone shows up. Not exactly what you expect to replace the new phone you sought after. My theory, which was solidifi** from a testimony from a ******* corporate employee, is that Victra re-packages us**, trad** phones which present as brand new devices for retail. This concept should have been sniff** out by me when they hand** me the new device which had already been unwrapp**. Be-ware of wolves that are dress** in sheeps clothing. This store represents sleazy business! Make sure to always check if your retailer is a legit corporate entity!

      8/12/23 *********** (w ******* ~10 yrs) visited Victra **-************** loc. Inquired about new phone & adding a line to existing acct. Sales ******************** told us a promo started that day; get a free ******* S23 ($800) & free accessories ($55). Will only need to pay tax, diff for accessories & set up (~$70); roughly $300. 10 yr w *******, *** stated he'll also give us his $10 discount. We moved fwd. Rep stated he had to updt plan to add line; nothing was changing. When doing so, Rep noted we had ****** Bundle. We never agreed to that. Rep stated it was included w plan, we just didnt register. Rep grabbed USB-C Cable, Case Mate, Liquid *************** Adapter. We decided to include Charging Pad & extra USB-C Cable due to perceived discount. Printer not working, emailed receipt. Reviewed My ******* > *************** Realized no addl $10 discount. Rep set us up for ****** Bundle ($10/mo) - did not agree to, charged $***** set up fee - what did he set up? (~$70 set up fee on ******* bill). Lost cloud storage that was included w former plan - we thought nothing was changing? This would have impacted our decision if known. Decided to return Charging Pad $59.99 & extra USB-C Cable $***** (existing cords work for all) & correction for $***** no set up overcharge & missing $10 discount. Rep ******* what $300 included. Worked w ****** Rep spun that I can't get full refund as you need 5 accessories to get $55 (this was never comm by *****). Spun have to contact Dist mgr to process missing $10 discount for credit to phone bill. I agreed. As if he didnt expect me to agree, respun $10 discount was included in $55 discount - does he think I'm stupid? Spun can't refund ***** set up fee as they don't have a drawer to give me cash back - how about credit my card back? Argued in circles. Stated we misunderstood. Told them their sales comm are *******ing. Condescending response; that's sales. Rcvd ***** refund. Owed *****. Horrible experience. ******** lack integrity. Won't go back.

      Went in to get some accessories and take advantage of a deal on iPad and iwatch for purchasing my new iPhone at a corporate store. ******* did not go over any of the pricing or details of the deals with me only said that everything would be taken care of. ******* told me they could get me unlimited data for just $5 more then my current plan. My first bill went from $62 to $585 for one month. Victra has refused to return the unopened iPad or iwatch because the ***************************************************************** the hospital dying of cancer. ******* customer service has told me that they have to take it back per their guarantee and Victra is still refusing even with ******* customer service telling them to. My original plan was removed and cannot be recovered unless Victra undoes the mess they created and my phone is now shut off w no way to contact *******. I haven't had service for 4 days and counting w most of my accounts connected and inaccessible from my phone number of over 20 years.

      Disappointing customer service and after sale support. They sold me a phone and applied a liquid screen protector (without offering options) that they claimed was better than regular protectors, it broke as soon as the phone fell out of my pocket and since it it sealed to the screen the latter broke too, 1st time I ever break a screen. They failed to tell me to register the liquid screen (and did not provide packaging with info) and it could not get warrantied. Trying to get the store to help me with this was tiring and required me driving there 5 times, leaving messages to the manager who never called back. Once I could finally see her she told me she would call me back the same day after talking to the liquid screen supervisors, she never called me back for 3 weeks, I had to go back and then she told me she couldn't do anything. Many ******* stores employees told me they always put an additional screen protector to prevent this outcome. The store failed to inform me about the screen and warranty (I didn't even know it was a possibility since they didn't give me the package/info) and refused to own their mistake. Save time and money and buy your phone and accessories from another retailer/distributor and deal with *******.com directly for the cell service, as they have been courteous and did more to help me than the *******/Victra store. They only want to sell you the most expensive accessories and don't give a **** about being informed themselves or informing customers about the products they sell, about answering the phone and never returning a call, or about wasting your time since you have to drive many times (6) in the hopes that the manager will be there and available to talk.

      i went in to a victra store to upgrade a phone and was given info on a business line with ******** i was told they would come by and set up the equipment and give training on all the services i bought from them. they also sold me a gateway for internet for 5g and we never had ******* 5g in our area. they agreed to remove the gateway box and credit my account which never happened. i bought 5 phones and one phone for my business stopped working after 4 months so Victra kept the phone to offer assistance. when we returned they had lost posession of the phone and said it had been returned to ******* with a bunch of other phones they had lying around. Each time ive gone back to the ****** location there is always new bodies that no nothing of my account and what the progress is. *** filed a claim with ******* twice and nothing has ever been completed. One year later and im still being charged a monthly fee that they continue to say they will credit and it hasnt happened. multiple times they said they would credit me for the internet gateway box since i opened the account and havent credited me to this day. Multiple times ive been told of a manager will call you and as of tonight it has been a year of issues and problems with customer service and billing and i have always paid my end of the agreement and i feel now they should square things up with my bill. Im still paying for two additional lines that i dont own on the business office side and victra cant seem to figure it out. how is that possible. ive been told seven times by direct employees that they would show up on a specific time and also fix our One Talk phones i purchased because of all the missed calls it records and never rings. they havent made one attempt to complete my contract on their end from billing to customer service. how can a business continue to run its customers like this and still retain a business license.
