******* is "A+ accredited" at 1.13/5 stars meanwhile their criminal accomplice, Victra is "C-" at 1.12/5. **************************************** is a joke. So this company had an authorized retailer out of ******, while we were on a trip, charge us for 2 extra devices (which we did not sign up for or receive) then when we realized we were getting a first month bill of $1,100 instead of the $100 a mo promised, we tried to return said devices. They fought us and made us return it to their authorized retailer Victra. Initially telling us we'd have to drive back to ****** to return our 1 device before they could cancel all of the plans. Eventually we had to pay a restocking fee of $50 and about $400 total down the drain. They "said" the clerk at Victra in ****** was fired. I don't f*cking care, because now we had ANOTHER bill sent to collections, after I WAS TOLD BY ******* ONLINE THAT ALL OTHER "BILLS" WOULD BE WIPED CLEAN. Overall we paid hundreds of dollars for about a week of service. THESE COMPANIES AND THEIR EXECUTIVES ARE EVIL AND DESTROYING *******. This is a scam, ******* is a scam. Both companies feed off of each other and the executives laugh their fat as*ses all the way home.Victra

The sales people in the ******, ******* location out right lie. They tell you the upgrade is free when it's not. They email receipts so you don't see i's an installment plan. I tried to return the phone next day and get my original phone back but they said it was shipped out already. I am stuck with a phone and paying it for 3 years. ******* was very gracious in fixing the other over charges the store put on my account. Very unscrupulous practice. I am shocked ******* keeps them as an authorized dealer. The star of one is required for a review or they would not even have that.Victra

a hispanic sounding person was assisting me over the phone and i was looking to buy a ******* galaxy a14 charger. he said he they have the unit and also offered me a $10 discount. and before handing up the phone he said something that i felt was not the proper language for an employee of a large corporation to use, he said ok you are coming then, ok i will see you around. i dont know why he used these words, see you around. what does that mean. why can ******* victra hire employee who speak politely and professionally and respectfully. they are lucky im not taking them to a court. right now i cannot and that must the reason why these perpetrators continue attacking me with their cloaked convoluted and improper actions and language.Victra

To be honest I wouldnt even give them one star. We purchased a phone from them gave them $400 cash as well as a trade-in. We received our bill from ******** I questioned it. ******* stated that they did not receive cash nor a phone. Looks like this is not the first time theyve done this. Something needs to be done about this company.Victra

Victra ******* in *****************, **. are crooks. ***** and ***** lied and told me if I traded in my Apple phone it would be free and they would reduce my payment because I am a senior.The only thing is I would be locked into a 3 year contract. Fine!!! Then they saw my perfectly almost new watch with GPS and fall feature and told me since I'm getting a new phone they have a promotion that I could get another watch for free just taxes and set up fees. They lied again. When I got a bill they put full price on Finance from *******. Then since I was getting all this for free I purchased a screen cover, adapter. The screen protecter is $65.00 and its guaranteed for life just come in and ***** would change it forever free. went in to store today only 2 month after my purchase and he took my screen cover off which had a hairline crack and then before put my new one on he said that would be another $22.00. Now I don't have a screen. After their set up fee ******* charged me another set up fee. They are con artist, crooks and just want to cheat you. Now I'm out $1110.00, $549.99 $288.00 $59.00 plus tax and my my monthly bill is $177.00 a month from $91.and they dont answer phones so just go to the Apple store and not be ripped off. I am reporting Victra ******* to BBB. DON'T GO THERE AND DONT GET RIPPED OFF.Victra

Went in to store to change service only because internet reception had gone away with current carrier. Two phones on 1 plan. When we left store neither phone could call the other, one phone rang when you called the other # and they had added a 3rd # to our bill. Went back to store next morning at 10:30 and it wasn't open. (Sign said open at 10:00) ******* was helpful in getting it straightened out once you got past the people just trying to sell you something.Victra

I've had the worst experience with this company. They gave me the bait and switch. I'm out $300.00. I don't have the phone or the accessories. Their customer service promised me a refund that never happened. Don't put yourself through this torture. Go to a corporate store. The store manager told me to never return to his store.Disgusting.Victra

Offered me a new phone, said my old charger would not work and I purchased items there. When I took it back they had charged over $120 for them and only refunded $83, said it was a "BUNDLE" I had taken advantage of. Said I had 30-days if I was not satisfied. After taking my phone back 3 times to get it working, found out the ******* store was not a ******* store it was a third party "Victra", after calling ******* they couldn't even view the bill I was charged. Then I took the phone back to get a refund the next day and get my old phone back, they told me they had sent my old phone off. After calling ******* they told me I could not get my old phone back. So now I am screwed! I can't even go to a competitor to get a plan from them to trade in a phone that I no longer have!!!!!!!! Keep in mind you see a ******* sign, thinking you are going into a ******* store, not the case!!!! Victra definition of ETHICS is something you eat!!!Victra

Beware!! They will get you in every way possible. Short staffed and waited for hours. Half the time they are not open during their open hours. I went in to JUST replace a phone but salesman started opening packages and putting them on the new phone without even asking. Phone case, glass protector, Camara lens protector were all put on. While I use these items, I prefer to buy them elsewhere because I can get them for a fraction of the price they charged me and then I can get a case I actually like. To make it worse, when I got home I realized he had thrown cleaner in the bag and charged me for it. I didnt even know. All was done without my consent. I thought I was just buying a phone. I had to pay $300 for what should only cost me $30-$40 dollars.Victra
