    This Machiavellian companys sales agent, ********************* called me at home and solicited me with a pitch offer that they can provide distribution services for my writing press release stories to major media outlets like FOX, CBS, TIMES, etc. if I signed with Issuer Direct. I asked to trial test for six months and first he said ok. Then specifically called and said CEO ******************* said I must take a full year for $24,000 or $28,000. I picked of course the $24,000. When I gave them my story to distribute they produced poor work by changing my story completely to something different and it was a fiasco. I terminated the deal for their incompetence and bait and switch. ********************* was a skillful persuasive liar, a ***** nest of a company. I asked for money back but ********** said I must take them or lose my money cause he wasnt giving it back, not even prorated. My experience with this company was not short of Diogenes hunting with a lantern for honest service.

    We did test press release for $775 with them with a 10 day out on the contract if the performance was substandard. It was woefully substandard. SO we opted out. Cue phone calls up to 5x a day for months where we had to block their number. Then they continued to chase us for additional payment of $775 that we opted out of and then had debt collectors harassing us. We just want to be left alone and not get harassed and bullied.

    In October of 2023 I received a Notice regarding escheatment of lost property for my sister, *************************. (I am her POA as she has Alzheimer's.) I uploaded my POA to their website and contacted them by email. I received a response from *********************** saying that my sister was owed a dividend of $240 from 2009 that would be sent out. A few months went by and I had not received anything so emailed again. This happened numerous times always with some kind of excuse and assurance that the check was coming. (I have emails to back this up.) I finally went over her head to the *** and received an email from ************************* saying the check would be sent out that day. I received the check, deposited it and was sent a notice from the bank on 4/17/2024 that the check was not honored because they could not find the account and was charged $15.
