      Several companies were taking money from my checking account. I filed a dispute with the Credit Union. I filed a police report like my bank asked me to do. The bank only gave me a part of my money back. The deputy said I should file a complaint with the **** Bureau to get the rest of my funds.

      While in the mist of looking for house for me and family i noticed some incorrect reporting on my credit report. The reporting in particular is the one from SECU (state employees credit union) they have reported 3 accounts as charge off across all 3 credit bureaus. i know that per my rights act 15USC 1681(e)(b) and i have yet to receive a 1099-c. this should be removed as soon as possible, how is these charge off still showing on my credit report when you can report income on your credit report. i have sent in multiple complaints to them, and to the ***** this is making it hard for me and my kids to move forward with daily lives. please delete i know my rights and this is in violation of it.

      I have late payments from STATE EMPLOYEES CU/PSC on my credit report. I have been on time for 99% of my payments. The months that report a late payment was due to an ACH payment issue with my bank and I was never notified about it. I would like to ask if upper management could submit a request to the credit reporting agencies to remove the late payment

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am reaching out to lodge a formal complaint against STATE EMPLOYEES CRED U for an unauthorized account listed on my ********************** report. Despite multiple attempts to address this issue with STATE EMPLOYEES CRED U directly, the account continues to appear on my report. The details of the unauthorized account are as ******************************** Name: STATE EMPLOYEES CRED U Opening Date: 07/31/2017 Account Number: ********** I have never authorized or opened this account with ******************************************* CRED U, and its presence is adversely affecting my credit score and financial reputation. It is crucial that STATE EMPLOYEES CRED U acts swiftly to rectify this mistake and prevent any similar incidents in the future.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

      I've contacted this business numerous times demanding them to delete these negative items off my credit report. I know according to the fair credit reporting act, no one can put anything on my credit file without my written permission. Sate Employees' Credit and I didn't sign a contract for an actual loan. Please help me get this negative item removed from all 3 credit bureaus.

      Why until now these negative accoounts are still here it's been a while since I've done this I have filed a complaint with the ftc for these accounts why so far there is no action. And I also received a letter from the bureaus saying that I am not the one who will send the letter for the bureaus, this is wrong because I am the one who will send my letter, here are the lists of negative accounts that I want as soon as possible.

      On 12/06/2018 I used SECU to purchase & finance ************************************************************************************* full 12/15/2023. At that time my FICO credit score was 805. In 2/2024 I viewed my FICO score dropped to 776 with the notation that non mortgage loan information, student or auto loan, dropped due to failure of merchant to provide information on the loan. Been SECU member since 1980. The loan still shows up with a final payment date of 12/15/9999. That is correct 9999 is the year the loan is complete. It has a zero balance, shows every month on my on line statement. I have the car title as paid in full. Made first request to remove loan or advise credit unions of status. Got an idiot style response that I needed to prove my case. No loan noted as paid, still on state. Made second request and quoted the direct language from FICO and got response that they would forward to their credit department. No changes at all. Please note that although this complaint involves the ** State Employees Credit Union, this is a private entity, not a ** State government agency.

      I am rejecting this response because: This SECU has my HELOC, financed numerous cars, been member since 1980 & two requests have been ignored.  The respondent cant determine my account status;  must have been AI. Doubt any human would respond with callous indifference. Will move for another institution to assume HELOC.

      This is the department of the state employees credit Union debit card because they used the chip and I dont know how they did it and they said they bought $120 at the United States post office in ********* and the postmaster shows that my card was not there all day and the fraud department will not investigate it because they said I had to be there and I was there, but it was not me and it is their job to investigate fraud. This is a case of fraud.

      I set up an account October 2023, this was to have my VA benefits to be deposited once it started. Because I knew the funds hadnt started yet I saw no need to check the account because it was not being used yet. Due to recent event with my health I had to deposit monies and process my phone payment. The payment was denied only to discover other monies had been withdrawn without my knowledge. The bank knew that I had reported never receiving the card to my account until *********. The bank refused to process the fraudulent claim as well as a rep in the fraud department hanging up the phone when I was trying to go through the process. The bank also refused to reimburse the monies stolen from my account.

      On Friday May 10,2024 I tried to use my debit card to cash app a family member money from my account. It was declined. I checked my online account to see if I there was money in my account. There was money in my account. I then contacted state employee credit union and the representative informed my my debit card was closed due to fraudulent activity on the 9th of May. I informed them notified me about this and could they provide a reason as to why I was mot notified.On May 11th, I tried to use my credit card from state employee credit union and it was declined. I contacted state employee credit union and was notified my card was blocked due to living out of state. This explanation makes absolutely no sense since a credit card should work throughout the country. I was advised to enter my credit card four digit number in the future.I have had accounts with the ******************** employee credit union for over a decade and I will be closing my accounts as I can switch to another bank. Someone needs to check the manner in which they are doing business because its been one issue after the other for over a decade.
