      One company gave another company my information and that company is trying to collect. The account is not mine because it belongs to a third party account and I asked them to validates the debt and they didnt per 15USC1681 Validation of debt. There are two closed accounts like this on my credit one is from State Employee Credit Union and the other is Regional Finance

      Last November payments to one of my creditors were being rejected. i have been trying to solve the problem but NCSECU and the creditor both state it is the others problem. I can't get passed the first level customer service rep to a person who can actually address the problem. I need someone to contact me who can talk to payee and determine why the systems stopped working. It all worked well until November 2023 and without warning, the system stopped working.

      I am unable to log into my bank info. Then when asking for my favorite pet (which I know is correct and I even tried others and they didnt work) I got locked out. Was told to call the 24/7 number and it gave a busy signal then cut off multiple times

      I entered into a HELOC agreement with them, not sure which ******* location but have the names of those involved. Was told it would be a certain amount a month and as soon as I could no longer return the money without penalty, I received a later stating that they expected and I have been paying close to double that amount. They told me all kinds of lies, even refused arbitration over that matter and it was not disclosed in conversations, in emails or in my contract. Will provide emails and copy of contract as proof.

      I received my SSI check on the 30 of November however the bank decided to take 651 out of my check without my consent. I understand I have to pay 93 biweekly however I never agreed to the whole amount upfront I may have missed a payment but 651 still doesnt add up to the amount and I dont agree to pay that at once. I asked for the funds to e transferred back. I was told they couldnt and a manager would be calling me Thursday I still havent heard anything

      A mortgage payment was inadvertently missed by the other party of a joint account in July. The ************************ does not have an adequate notification system to notify the account holders prior to the account being submitted for collection. The payment was corrected on the same day notification was received. The creditor reported the account overdue to ********************** reporting agencies. I feel as though I have a reasonable expectation to receive notification before any account becomes overdue and that the credit report now does not accurately reflect my credit worthiness. I attempted to resolve this directly with the creditor, but they have declined any action, taking nearly two months to respond to my request.

      Dear State Employees Credit Union,I am writing to demand the immediate and permanent deletion of the inaccurately reported account referenced as [Account Number] from my ********************** reports across Experian and TransUnion. Upon reviewing my credit reports, it has become alarmingly evident that this account contains numerous inaccuracies and discrepancies that violate federal consumer protection laws.Specifically, the reported information on this account, including the balance exceeding the documented credit limit, inconsistencies in payment history, and ambiguous reporting on account status, stands in direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) provisions for accurate credit reporting.Given these severe violations and discrepancies, I demand that you take immediate action to completely remove this disputed and inaccurately reported account from my ********************** reports across both bureaus. I emphasize that this request is not for mere updates or corrections but for the absolute removal of this erroneous account.This demand is made under the rights granted to me by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the ****************** Protection Act (CFPA).       I am writing to you to complain about State Employees Credit Union. I have never done business with this company but they have added an unknown account to my ********************** and without proof or verification have refused to remove the debt. I attempted to contact State Employees Credit Union to resolve this issue, but they have not responded to my requests nor have they resolved the issue. Please contact me to let me know how to resolve this issue. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
