      Blackman Detective and PI Services is the worst private detective I have ever dealt with. I hired Blackman and PI Services to locate someone, and they accomplished absolutely nothing. I paid them $2.300.00 and all they did was make many major mistakes and did not even find the person. I told then the person was in **************. They somehow through their shoddy detective work got and went to the state of ******* instead. Blackman Private and PI Services did not at all find the person in ******* but they charged me an enormous amount for going to ******* and doing their so-called surveillance. They made yet another major mistake by sending me a totally false picture of the person that I paid them so much to locate. They never ever apologized.
