    This company charged my account without authorization, specifically did a fraud recurring fee of ***** on my account which led to additional $25 fee on my account. totaling *****. I am requesting this amount in a form of money order, check. They cannot have access to my account anymore.

    Tuesday May 6, 2025 Website advertise a product, Squirrel Proof Bird Feeder. I attempt to use their website, had difficulty. ***** to purchase. I thought no luck Day later received a email stating I had a store credit. I called concerned if they had my credit card information. The person a male who answered the phone, I began to explain my call. I was hung up on. Called back, I thought maybe accidental disconnect. Got a woman the try, She ask me if I was placing an order, I said no I am calling about an order. She hung up. The third time, I was put on hold about 5 mins. I began by telling him this was my third attempt and he said "I see why they hung up on you". So basically I am reporting because I believe they are scammers, with a pissy website and c*** customer service. Attached is the email they sent me in an attempt to get me to call which I did. Secondly, they billed my credit card for an item they did not send out. And not only did they charge the item once but twice. I was able to stop one of the charges through my credit card company. I called a company called Decline Defense out of *********, ** 5/19/2025. Spoke with someone called *****, apparently the Verniershop filed a recovery charge of $29.99. Bottom line as of the moment the company basically stole $29.99 at least until the Decline Defense does what they need to do to get a refund to my account.     This company is a scam. That is apparent by their going by many different names; verniershop, Verycoolthing LLC, and others. Anyways I ordered a product from Them. It said it would be shipped from **************** was shipped from *****. The item I got is not what I had paid for. I tried canceling the order when I found out it was coming from *****, never got a response. I called after getting the fake item only to have the customer service hang up on me three times and the 4th she just never answered. Ive since disputed the charge but looking at reviews of them it seems this is their business tactic; misrepresent items and once they arrive and theyre not what someone orders they make them pay for returning shipping shipping. Absolute fraud of a company.

    Order ****** was purchased using my debit card. Due to late ship date after entering information, I cancelled this order and received a refund. Problem:I then was charged a non-requested subscription of $29.95 per month for the next 3 months before I noticed it. The charges were on 02/18/25 for $29.95 03/18/25 for $29.95 04/17/25 for $29.95 On April 25, 2025 at 7:15 p.m., I called Serner Company at **************. After explaining the issue, the *** explained we'd receive a refund within the next 3 days. No refund came. On May 4 2025 at 2:26 p.m I called Serner company again and was placed immediately on hold. At 2;37 p.m.,v the call was directed to a voicemail. The voicemail box was full. On May 7, 2025 at 8:35 a.m. I called and spoke with a *** and explained, it's my second call and provided the relevant information including the three months charges to my debit account. Before I had a chance to explain any further documented detail, with no argument, the *** mumbled something and I was abruptly hung up on. I'm not sure if it's appropriate to provide my debit card account number that was charged. Please advise. Thank you.

    I purchased a pillow that was marketed to provide needed support to the cervical spine and shoulders. The product received was poorly made and not the same quality of product as depicted on their platform. Their products contained posted misleading raving reviews. Not one negative review. I paid the $29.99. I declined the insurance multiple times throughout the checkout process. Upon receiving the product, incredibly disappointed with the quality. Seams ripped, poorly made, absolutely no support. I tried to find a way to return it without luck. A month later, received a fraud alert from my financial institution. Serner Company attempting to auto draft $29.99. I informed my credit union that this charge was not authorized.

    I ordered boots from the **** clothing store (although also called Vernier store or Verycoolthing LLC) on February 13. I still havent received them. Tracking information provided show my package going back and forth between ****** and *********** repeatedly. I actually wanted this delivered to my NM address, the CO address was just a billing address.Ive reached out several times to the company. They keep assuring me the package is on its way, but wont reimburse me.

    On 1/17/25 I was charged $5.95 by this company for somthing I never asked for. Insurance of some kind.I sent in their form for a refund. two weeks or so later 5 attempts were made to charge $29.99 and $34.95 on my credit card by these people. All declined by **********. An aleart was issued by master card. Card cancelled. I have yet to receive the $5.95 back. I called the company number and said Would like to dispute the charge. The rude ******** said a refund will be issued. When I asked what kind of business this was.. Customer **** hung up on me. There are over 50 complaints for this company. I question why this BUSINESS is still able to conduct transaction through ********** and ****. I plan to find out why and file complaint with CC company based on my experance and others.

    ** 12/24/24 I ordered *********************** Warming Cycling Bike Ski Gloves for Men and Women" for $24.99. The confirmation emails said, "Please allow 5-8 business days for your order to arrive." They also charged me $5.95 for a "Lifetime Warranty + Shipping Protection" which I did not order or authorize. I emailed them right away and was refunded within 3 days. I received another email stating, "Your order #****** is on the way" but now said my order will arrive within 6-8 business days. ** 12/30, I emailed Vernier and asked if they could provide an estimated delivery date; 1/4/25 they replied, "We have checked the status of your order and it appears the US warehouse ran out of stock so they are shipping it from our warehouse overseas, your order may **** *-12 business days to be delivered. Please be informed that we do not have information such as 'estimated delivery date' in our website's tracking page." ** 1/5, I complained about their illegal marketing strategies: false advertising, misleading information, and deceptive sales tactics; my gloves arrived the next day. However, they were NOT electric so I emailed them AGAIN. ** 1/7 they replied, "I understand you received the heated cycling bike gloves and they are not heated and not electric. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please be informed that this is like a normal gloves but has heating mechanism/material inside that heats up when they are in used. We deeply apologize for the confusion. For us to resolve this, may we offer 50% refund for the gloves you received?" My reply: "You falsely advertised a product that clearly says electric and then sent a product that was not. A 50% refund is not acceptable; you can send me a full refund, thank you." ** 1/9 they replied, "We understand that you would like full refund, I will be processing a request for you to be refunded. I will update you regarding this within 1-2 business days". Refund confirmed 1/16 after I had to inquire about it,

    I ordered these gloves on 12/8/2024. They were supposed to be in stock & ship out right away. I did not receive them until January/2025. The gloves were not heated. They were just plain fabric gloves. I have not been able to return them so far since the company is delaying my return request & has not staffed their phone line, where no messages can be left. Also, they charged me again on 12/29 for $29.99 for no reason. This is a highly questionable ***************** believe people need to be warned about them.

    I paid $79.99 plus an additional $3.00 for what they needed the $3.00 for Im not sure. I ordered a 4x4 Rock Crawler Monster Truck. I placed the order for this item on December 07, 2024. I also tried contacting them twice. The first time was over the package location, the second time was because I want a refund and they told me theyd give me 20% of the purchase back which is $16.00 they said. Immediately after receiving this information I got an alert from my bank saying someone was trying to take $16.00 from my account. Since making the purchase with them I have had multiple charges come through on the debit card I used to order this purchase. Theyve tried taking money from me 5 times now.
