    Scam company. Worst experience. Stay away. Sold me a defective product and would not honor the return policy. Website states clearly on landing page "30 day refund"; they then claim there is no return on sale products and link to a cancellation policy purchasers cannot find. Everything is a sale product - therefore, nothing is refundable. Also enrolled me in a "membership" at $39.99 a month, claimed I had to opt out. Never saw it. Fortunately, my credit card flagged it as fraud. When I insisted on a refund for the nonworking item, they began negotiating -- 25% refund, then 50% refund, then 60% refund. Will see if I get anything. They have been through this with other customers for sure. ******************** should be shut down. Fraud through and through. I've never dealt with such a bad company. They also claimed the item was in stock and shipped from *******. Another lie. Items was shipping from *****.

    This is a horrible vendor. The item I received would not recharge but I didn't know this until the light ran out of power, which was over 30 days after. It's a DEFECTIVE ITEM that won't charge. and I'm less than 60 days in. Don't ever shop from this vendor.

    I ordered a baby doppler a week ago. They told me that it would be here in 3-5 days. I still have not received it. I have called twice now and they have told me I would receive an email telling me when my stuff would be here. The "email" was the same delivery thing that I found on the website, but there was no delivery date. I called back. She was so rude. She said all she can do is send another ticket for an email. So now I have spent $50 for a baby doppler with no idea when it will be here. I am so frustrated. I will never buy anything from Vernier again.

    Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! This LLC has a company named VernierCompany.com please stay far away they are a SCAM. They promise ****************************************************************************************** 24 hrs it will be sent. I have been trying for 2 weeks begging for them to return a faulty AC that they advertised as an AC. After I got it and tried to get a return because it did absolutely nothing one of their customer service reps told me its a humidification machine and if you want an ac put ice into it. Nothing on the description mentioned anything about being a humidifier. They have no morals and ethics because they are running a scam and then dont honor their word about a refund policy guarantee if you are not happy with the product. I still cant get anyone to process a refund for me after speaking to 10 different reps. STAY FAR AWAY.

    I purchased a support cushion on Amazon and Vernier Company was the vendor. WATCH OUT! They automatically place customers in a "reward program" without authorization and start charging for it every month. See other reports to BBB about this shady practice. It's very telling that they are aware that this is a scam -- when you go to their website, on the HOME page you will find instructions to obtain a refund!! Nothing else is on that page, just how to be refunded because they know this is unethical practice. I imagine that many people don't see these charges so Vernier makes money off the majority of their customers and is thus willing to refund the others in the hopes they won't go after them. Well I did and am now reporting them to the BBB and all others who may think of purchasing items from this sham company.

    Bought something on Amazon and the. Received a $29.99 account charge on my credit card. There is no notice and if you are not looking at your statement this company would scam you for $30 a month! What a horrible business practice

    Sometimes during the winter I feel like I just dont get enough hours of sunlight in the day to give me the mood boost I need. This is a rrally cool light therapy lamp. It is lightweight and compact, very eqsy to use.
