    My service person was very knowledgeable and helpful, but I am very disappointed with this company and feel like I have been cheated ... When I purchased my home, my A/C unit was leaking freon. I had the leak traced and recharged. It worked for the entire summer, and then same thing... for 3 years in a row. I am environmentally conscious, so after 3 failed attempts to locate and stop the leak, I called Carolina Air Conditioning Co. Inc. to get a whole new system. They installed a *****. Problem solved, right? Wrong. When it stopped functioning again, I called a different company to ascertain why my new A/C unit wasn't working, and same thing-- low freon. It's leaking. Are you kidding me ?? This time it worked for 2 years. This company has a 1 year warranty! If that's not bad enough, the price I was quoted to fix this defective system is almost as much as the price they charged to install the new one. To add insult to injury, they want to charge me hundreds of dollars just to FIND the leak, in the system THEY installed! I expected to have at least 10 maybe 20 worry free years, since " Nobody stops a ******.." ****, Carolina Air Conditioning Co. Inc did. As for Mr. ***** *., I am happy for him, and all I can say is, "Even a broken clock is right twice a day". Do yourself a favor and hire a company that stands behind their work. Do I have to choose a star ?
