    I have never used Shaw Waste Solutions services and I have received multiple bills showing a past due amount. The first bill came in December of 2023 for $75.00 so I called the company number ************ and spoke with *****. He assured me that this would be handled and my account closed with a zero balance. Recently in April 2024 I received another bill for $75 plus the original $75 (past due) totalling $150. I called again and can only get voicemail in which the mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. I texted the number and have received no return response. I have also sent an email to the company registered email address along with a follow up email a week later due to no response to that contact method either. My wife and I moved to this location in July 2023 and have used GFL waste services the entire time. I have ongoing bills and receipts to prove this and need your help to get this imaginary account closed showing a zero balance. We take our credit standing extremely serious and do not want that to be negatively effected on a balance that is not accurate. They are showing an account number as: ****** and an invoice number: ************.     Shaw Waste Solutions has responded to the complaint and apologized for the error. The account has been closed and all charges have been removed. The account was closed April 24, 2024.
