      Their mosquito service wasnt working. I complained and they wouldnt reapply. In fact, they tried to change the contract to a cheaper service (monthly instead of 3 weeks) and stopped when I complained. They altered the chemicals without notifying me. After another application and complaint thru said they would address it a month later. They didnt care to solve the mosquito problem Id been having. Only making me pay for another maybe application. My tenant is certified to do this and observed their employees not spraying properly or where needed and rushed the job. He told me to just quit their service. I found their service to be so ineffective, me and wife and tenant getting bit across 2 separate properties, that their service was effectively useless. I feel like we paid for nothing effective after having paid a rival for effective service for years. I asked for reimbursement and it was ignored. Unlike the other service, these peop dont care about results or customer satisfaction. Only charging the next bill and hoping we feel different.
