      I was charged $2155.00 on 1/3/2022 for surgical professional fees by this entity, which is out of network for me and was not approved by me. The amount of the charge was reduced to $203.35 on 6/6/2022 and I received an updated/adjusted bill for $302.35 on 6/25/2022. As they do not accept online payments, I mailed check #**** on 7/12/2022 for the full amount. The following amonth I received another statement indicating that the amount had not been paid. I called and was advised to send another check, as they had not received the one I sent. I mailed check #**** for $203.35. On my next bank statement, I saw that check #**** cleared on 9/29/2022 and check #**** cleared on 10/5/2022. I notified them that they had been paid twice and I was sent a refund check of $203.35 which I deposited on 11/15/2022.Today I received a collection letter, informing me that the amoutn of $203.35 had been turned over to a collection agency. I do not owe this and wish them to correct the record and cease any and all contact with me regarding this issue which should have been completely resolved in November of 2022.

      We have reached out to this person.  On our end it showed that this was paid, I *********** up a statement for her records.  I do see our electronic medical record system moved her into collections.  But I'm not sure why this happened.  I did take her out and put settled in full on the collections report.  I am emailing her our statement records and asked her to call us directly with any other issues related to this matter.
