****** from William Parrish Plumbing is highly skilled and discovered my problem with a possible leak in my shower. Through a process of elimination he found my problem and gave me a reference to get it fixed and I was reasonably charged. I recommend ******

****** turned two tricky pipe blockages into free flowing bliss! The scheduling team called her right back and had their service pro ****** scheduled for the afternoon. The communication from the main office was excellent. ****** was efficient, effective, and a pleasure to interact with during the entire visit! He came well equipped. It was so nice that he had everything needed in the truck and then sent pictures of the problems and the resolution. I will use them again hopefully I dont need them; but its nice to know they are a phone call away!William Parrish Plumbing Inc.

****** was very professional, explained what he was going to do, did a good job, cleaned up behind himself, apologized for an unforeseen issue that happen, which he handled promptly and efficiently, and everything seems to be working well at this time. They were no-show for their scheduled appointment with no contact. When I called to ask what happened, they said they'd call back later.I understand things come up and crew might be running late, but to not even bother to call is extremely unprofessional. On top of that, when I did eventually reach them (long after the appointment window) they didn't even offer an explanation or apology. The other reviews seem good, so maybe I just got unlucky and caught them on their "we don't care" day, but there's really no reason to miss a 3 hour appointment window and not even let the customer know.William Parrish Plumbing Inc.
