      I have relied on William Parrish Plumbing to handle various plumbing problems on several occasions. The company consistently exceeds my high expectations. Today, I needed ***** to fix my kitchen faucet, to install a hand-held shower head, and to get moisture readings in one of my bathrooms. In preparation for today's work, ***** communicated with me many times yesterday. The breadth of his knowledge is impressive, and he patiently responds to question after question until I am satisfied with the amount of information I have.
      ***** also pays close attention to my concerns about COVID; he is respectful of my requests and works in ways that minimize risk. Because of all of the effort that goes into customer care, I gave William Parrish Plumbing and ***** 5 stars; if it were possible to make the number higher, I would.

      William Parrish is a great company. We’ve used them twice and both times we called them in the morning and they were at our house within a couple hours. Even better—you don’t actually have to call them. They have an online scheduler. Which is the best if you hate talking on the phone.
      ******* fixed our shower—after another plumber was not able to fix it. He didn’t try to upset me and he was clear about what needed to be done. Highly recommend them.

      William Parrish Plumbing can be relied on to provide excellent service. In all of my experiences with the Company, I have been impressed by the attention paid to my needs and requests. The owner, office staff, and technicians demonstrate that customer care is about CARING. The replacement of our water heater was the most recent plumbing service provided by one of William Parrish's technicians, *******. ******* is informative, patient, and considerate; and his work is first-rate. Since I discovered William Parrish Plumbing, I worry less about getting plumbing problems handled expertly.
