      Very pleased with job done on the roof and gutters. Financing was a wanted plus. Products were wonderful. Salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

      We just had our roof replaced and are very satisfied with the quality of work and finished product. They completed the project in one day and did a great job with cleanup, including going over the yard with a magnetic rake to pick up any nails, etc. We especially liked the education they provided on what goes into a quality roof installation. And being able to finance at 0% for one year was helpful to us.

      We are very pleased with our new roof. ***** went through the entire process and made sure we were clear on everything. The crew arrived on time, protected our property, did the job in one day, and cleaned up the area really well. We are very pleased with our new roof!

      I live in a brand new construction house, less than 1 year old. All of a sudden, at 6am on a Saturday morning, I start getting calls from this company, leaving a voicemail saying they will be arriving at 10am to start work. Nowhere in this voicemail did they say my name or my address to confirm it actually was my house, and my builder contracts with a different roofing company (who had just been out the week before). After getting 3 more calls in a row, I finally pick up the phone and asking them to confirm the address (which was not my address)-- at which point I inform them they have the wrong number and politely let them know they should include more details in their voicemails. I get another call an hour later, and I once again tell them they have the wrong number. The *** at that point got very belligerent at me, insisting this was the correct number for that account. It's been at least 2 weeks now and I'm STILL getting calls from them. The voicemails are payment reminders and requests for surveys and inquiries to make sure everything is running smoothly. I have no idea how the quality of their roofing or installation is, but to me, if the customer service and account management cannot even get the phone number correct and continuously calls someone not associated with that account, that's a problem.
