I did not sign a contract with fit4life and they gathered up money in my account saying its a yearly fee. So I paid the $143 and tried to cancel my membership and they said I had to pay 3 more months of $49.99 then it will be canceled. So the last payment was due the October 20th and on the 18th it said I owed $89 I called to ask why and they said its a yearly fee. I just paid that yearly fee and now a couple days later its at $143 again. I dont like the game they are playing and I do not want to pay them. I just want my account done and no money owed. Thank you.

My husband and I both have a contract with Fit4Life. Sadly, the military decided to deploy him with little notice, so as soon as we found out, we presented Fit4Life with the information. Fit4Life ensured us NOT to worry and to bring in is his deployment orders so they can cancel BOTH of our contracts. This has now been an ongoing matter since December. I have contacted via email and phone the general manager who repeatedly led me on for months informing me he would get back to me about my contract not being cancelled. I never heard back from him, and I would have to call in 3x a week for him to say the same thing; he also was not helpful via email. Fit4Life partners with ************. The general manager informed me that I would have to submit fake deployment orders to Peak which I did not do as that is unethical and morally wrong. In regards to our contract, my husbands contract was frozen because his orders were only temporary. The contract does not state anything about refusing to cancel a members contract because deployment orders are temporary. A deployment is a deployment, and it has already been extended, but due to OPSEC it is not at my disclosure to release those details, nor should I have to. Because they froze his account, he submitted a 60 day notice to have his account removed by the time he returns. We then received an update informing us it does not apply until November due to his account being frozen. That is also not mentioned in the contract. As for me, I moved out of state, submitted all appropriate documentation, and was still denied my cancellation. Due to HIPAA I didnt want to disclose medical information, but I had to claim disability due to Fit4Lifes negligence. Now my medical information is on their record which shouldve been prevented, and I have to continue paying for 2 months. At the end of the day, Fit4Life lied to us, and its a shame that this is what we get in return for my husbands patriotic sacrifice.
