      my mother died in one of their locations by falling and hitting her head, no one was watching her and she tried to get up and fell in the bathroom. She ended up needing brain surgery and died shortly after. NO ONE from the location called us to let us know what happened, or to apologize to us, to give us their condolences, nothing. When I brought this up to them they were rude and condescending and told me she didnt die in their facility she died at the hospital, I spoke to their VP *******************************. One of the meanest and rudest people who showed no care for my mom or the situation we were in at all. I am feeling awful and i will continue to speak about these type of places until changes happen.
