      On June 30, 2023, I was charged $533.75 to have an attic fan replaced. I have worked with John Barnes Electric for this same problem in the past and been charged less than $300 for the replacement. Requested a breakdown of the cost and I was charged for 2.5 hrs of labor, but this is an hour longer than it took in the past because the technician purchased the wrong size fan and had to go buy a new fan, charging me for the time it took him to go back out to buy a second fan. I attempted to reach the owner to discuss this issue multiple times and request a refund for 1 hr ($140) as this extra hour was the result of the technician correcting his own mistake. However, my calls were returned by the employee who completed the job, and my email was not returned. I was told that someone would follow up with me by July 5 but I have not heard anything yet.I have included a copy of the invoice as well as a past invoice showing that the same job was completed in 1.5 hrs.
