    Hired this business to replace a shower in May 2023. The plumbing was faulty and caused a leak into my downstairs bathroom ceiling. Also the shower diverter does not work well and water runs out of the tub and shower at the same time. The worst issue, which has caused me to not even be able to use the shower, is that the faucet is not calibrated correctly so there is NO hot water. As far as the k*** turns, the water is only lukewarm. Months and many text messages have gone by with the job never being finished.

    We had placed a call to get this business to estimate some repairs to a mobile home floor. On 04/20/23 greenlaws called to confirm their appt. Time at 1:00pm on Fri. 04/21/23.. I waited at the mobile home from 12:45pm until 1:45pm NO one showed up at all. There should have been a quick phone call to cancel the estimate appt. Greenlaws called the day prior to confirm their arrival time of 1:00pm on Friday but couldn't call and say that we have changed our mind about the estimate and won't be coming out. That would have saved me from the inconvenience of having to wait at the location and lose an hour of my time...when they didn't care enough to just place a simple call to let me know. I should send them an invoice for an hour of my time waiting on them. This was unprofessional..was not business like nor was it polite. Personally I believe they were on a bigger job making big money and didn't want to break off and conduct business with me!!.. A ( Bad ) reputation follows you same as a Good one does. Absolutely uncalled for cause a business can't stay in business long treating the public this way !! I will not use nor recommend this business to anyone

    This guy has harassed me and I declined his estimate. He continues to call and talk down on my business and now this. I have been polite and not had confrontation with this customer he is just upset I couldnt make it there. My apologies
