    I had a mammogram with ********* ********** I have ********* so I pay all screenings. I paid in advance but received an additional bill for $210.75. I paid on line and received a receipt. For some reason ********* ********* never posted my payment though I called and emailed with proof of payment. Now I have been sent to collections (SCS Inc). So, I sent SCS my receipt and bank record to show proof of payment and requested I be contacted with confirmation. I sent this via certified mail. The certified proof was signed for 9-21-22. I never heard a word from SCS, inc so I called. A representative told me my certified mail with proof of payment had been received but they WILL NOT mark my account as paid because they have to get word from ********* ********* that I paid. What?!?!? ********* ********* has proof of payment but sent me to collections! So I show the collections company my payment receipt and I’m told, “too bad.” It is frustrating and I’d really like to find an attorney I could afford to file suit against this company. Someone simply needs to do her job and help customers rather than seemingly taking delight in telling people , “ I can’t help you and I don’t care.”
