      Terrible customer service, Bought 70K piece of equipment, called back to purchase another. Was given quotes and callbacks from 2 salesman. My original salesman specifically asked me to wait till he return this past Monday. No call back, sent text, stated his brother would call me. No callback at all from anyone Monday. I sent another text Tuesday after I tried to call him with no answer. Got call back, told sold unit that he asked me to wait on. told me we could finish seal on Monday. Sold out from under me. No call from him or anyone else to try and get another unit. Spoke to him with no solution except past to General Manager that call me back with a price on a unit 8K over what was given to me by both prior salesman on a unit on ordered loaded exactly the same. full of excuses.
      Called another dealer, had tractor on order due in and gave me a quote without any negotiation 11K less than the General Manager. I secured that unit with that dealer over phone just like I had tried to do and was asked to wait. Wrote a check for 70K on prior unit and get this kind of treatment. I have all text messages from both salesman and new Bill of sale from other dealer to prove all above. What a joke of a business ******* ******** ***** is. Unbelievable, I guest my cash wasn't good enough for them. Do not recommend period unless want to get jerked around or pay to much for something....
