    I received order #BD2914287 Saturday, December 10th, 2022 from Brand Depot and have been trying to reach out to the company since. To date, there has been no response from Brand Depot.Im not happy with the printing of either of these logos, unfortunately. The other order Ive done in the past was good, but these hats appear to be way lighter on the printing of the logo and are also not centered like the proof illustrated. These most recent hat logos are very low in regards to what Ive seen from Brand Depot before and the proof that was sent over does not correspond to these hats. At this point, Id like to return this order please, and resolve this issue with a refund.I've tried to reach the company multiple times both via their website chat and listed email. It has been 6 days and there has been no response to reconcile the situation.Ive included pictures, current order disappointment, and past order pictures to illustrate how low the logos are printed and vary in locations, and are not up to the standards that they represented.

    I order custom shirts from Brand Depot on the 16 of July. When the arrived they were in poor condition and missing a back of the short design, which I paid $5 additional dollars for plus tax. I paid for 4 tee shirts I total and all 4 we're missing the second design I requested. I have messaged them for a resolution for 2 days and they requested a video for proof. I emails them (2) videos providing evidence of the blank back of the custom tee-shirt. It has almost been 48 hrs and I haven't received any response. I even contacted them via their web page customer service chat and I am if ore everytime. I requested a refund or the shirt I paid for, which again they have decline to respond. I have screen captures/emails stating that they were sorry and not given a response since. They also called me "******" which I assume they are very disorganized, because my order number denotes my name "*******." Thank you for the time. Ea. Short was suppose to be $10 plus $5 for back image. The total came to $70 and they arrived without back image.
